Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is central Jember. The hotel is a bit old and tired, but we had a really great shower and a good night’s rest, which is what we wanted. We were pleased with the breakfast buffet. Overall, we were glad to stay.

Pros:

Good hotel with spacious rooms wih good amenities . Good location . Excellent local style breakfast . Oh ! And very amiable staff . We arrived very early ~ 8AM . After about 15 minutes preparation they gave us room . We were very lucky .

Pros:

Proses check in cukup cepat, kami diberikan jenis kamar sesuai permintaan (double/twin). Kebersihan kamar dan kamar mandi ok, hanya persediaan tissue tinggal sedikit dan tidak diberi cadangan. Salah satu kamar yang kami pesan (no. 302) pintu kamar mandinya tidak bisa ditutup dan kunci kamar untuk mengaktifkan listrik agak longgar sehingga harus diberi ganjalan agar listrik kamar bisa menyala. Wifi di kamar 205 sinyalnya lemah jadi koneksinya kurang bagus. Sarapan pagi cukup banyak variasinya.
