Un hotel pintoresco y agradable
Pros:

Hotel ubicado en el centro de la ciudad, muy bonito y con unas habitaciones amplias, cómodas y tradicionales, sumado a que son muy silenciosas. El personal extremadamente amable y atento, resolvieron todos nuestras dudas.

De todos los hoteles en el que estuvimos en China, sin duda este es el de mayor encanto. Es una casa tradicional y nuestras habitaciones las habíamos elegidos con futon ( colchón en el suelo). Eso unido a su estupenda localización en Pingyao , hizo que pareciese que estabamos dentro de un cuento de epoca chino
El personal muy amable. Nos fueron a recoger y a llevar a la estación. A pesar de que no hablen mucho ingles, tienen un aparato que permite traducir en el idioma que quieras la conversacion, asi que eso no es un problema.
Nos ofrecieron tickets descuento en algunos restaurantes, el dia de salida nos prepararon una bolsa con el desayuno porque saliamos muy pronto, y al final incluso nos dieron un pequeño regalo.
Por su estilo es el hotel del que mas nos acordaremos

Ubicación excelente! Instalaciones en general bien(la ducha mejorable) y el edificio tiene mucho encanto.

Cons:

Il personale non si cura dell’ospite. La colazione è indecente e si sono dimenticati di mandarci il transfer per la stazione. Servizio pessimo.

La pulizia , la camera molto ampia la king, ottimo il set sotazione bagno, letti comodi, la posizuone se fai slo la citta vecchia ; tipica.. Colazione buona ma......

La colazione deve essere ordinata all'arrivo la scelta e' fra cinese o continentale per le bevande te o caffe..
Le portate della colazione sono a sorpresa. .

Amazing stay at Water Hotel in Pingyao
Pros:

Best possible hotel to visit Pingyao, right in the ancient city center. We had a free upgrade to a Suite Room, free transfers from and to the Pingyao train station, very good breakfast. The hotel staff is great, with perfect translation service to communicate in any possible language. 150% recommended! ;-)

Era una casa tradicional. Me encantó la habitación y el patio. El staff es muy amable

Que no hay comedor exclusivo del hotel, y que hay que desayunar en el café de al lado, pero si se lo pides amablemente te dejan desayunar en el patio

Centralissimo in una dimora storica. Consigliato.

Posizione centralissima in una dimora storica che conserva tutto il fascino dell’epoca di costruzione. Nel prezzo abbiamo avuto le colazioni ed il transfer da/per la stazione. Personale gentile ed accogliente.
