Très bel hôtel avec du charme dans une ville magnifique
Pros:

L’accueil du personnel est très sympathique, nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassés dans une suite. Les explications pour visiter la ville ont été parfaites, Pingyao est magnifique ❤️
Le transfert aller-retour inclus dans le prix de la chambre est très appréciable, le petit déjeuner très bon! Nous conseillons!

Cons:

La chambre est un peu sombre mais elle est bien éclairée. C’est aussi la conséquence de donner sur une cour intérieure, très jolie d’ailleurs!

Pros:

A equipe é fantástica - cuidaram da nossa recepção e nos receberam muito bem.
A acomodação da suíte é muito agradável e espaçosa como nas fotos, e tudo muito limpo e organizado, com amenities e atenção aos detalhes. A cama e enxoval eram ótimos! O prédio é antigo, e está em um centro histórico - então há alguns detalhes que não aparecem nas fotos que você vai perceber isto - mas nada que atrapalhe uma breve estadia. É muito silencioso para dormir, não há carros na região. A área de café não é mais a das fotos - é uma parte adjacente dentro do hotel, que foi alugada para o Lucky Coffee (o starbucks da China) antes do horário de abertura da loja - o que também não é um problema. O café da manhã é basico (foto) - mas satisfatório. Tem duas opções, oriental e continental. Pedimos os dois para dividir. Eu achei o oriental mais bem servido (foto) O café espresso estava ótimo.Recomendo pelo custo-benefício, localização, excelente atendimento da equipe e conforto do quarto.

Cons:

Como possível melhoria apensa recomendo adicionar um suco de frutas. E as frutas também poderia ter um mix melhor, com duas opçoes cortadas por exemplo. Uma porção de pequena de iogurte seria bom no ocidental.

Beautiful stay in Pingyao
Pros:

We had a brief stay at Water Hotel in Pingyao. We had a very silent room on the first floor, very spacious, clean, and tasteful. Staff was very helpful for all our requests, and we really appreciated the car service to/from the railway station, with the driver helping us with our luggage till the hotel door. There is an inner space as well in the hotel where you can relax a bit. Location is perfect as you are in one of Pingyao ancient city’s main streets, however as previously said our room was facing the backyard hence very silent and we slept well. We paid ca. €115/night which is on the upper side for Chinese hotels, we were expecting good service and were not disappointed.

Cons:

Everything was very good, the only improvement feedback concerns the breakfast: we tried both the Western and Chinese one but both could be improved. It would be also good to find some tea in the room to make (as there is a water kettle).

A top stay in the heart of the historical city!
Pros:

The friendly staff explained everything very clearly to us upon arrival regarding the sights to see. The hotel is located in the heart of the historic city and offers a very delicious Chinese breakfast (highly recommended), the Western breakfast is also good :-).

Perfect!
Pros:

Eigelijk een perfect hotel voor een bezoek aan Pingyao. Prachtig aangekleed en direct in de hoofdstraat naast een Luckin Coffee. Ook is het ophalen en wegbrengen super geregeld ondanks dat we vanwege een vroege trein al om 06:00 weg moesten. En met inchecken kregen we een upgrade en met uitchecken nog een aardigheidje mee.

Cons:

Eigelijk niets. Alles was perfect.

A very pleasant stay in Pingyao
Pros:

Very nice and stylish traditional hotel in the old part of town. The staff is very helpful and we appreciated their service of pick up and drop off from the train station. We loved visiting Pingyao between Beijing and Xi’an and we highly recommend it.

Abbiamo avuto un upgrade e abbiamo soggiornato in una camera enorme.
Struttura pulita e accogliente, sono venuti a prenderci in stazione e ci hanno accompagnati, servizio davvero gradito!

Struttura storica ammodernata e bellissima
Pros:

Struttura situata nella strada principale di Pingyao (il paesino e’ piccolo, ma quella e’ la strada più importante, piena di ristoranti, negozi, ecc). La struttura e’ moderna, le camere grandi, belle e pulite. Il servizio di trasporto inclusivo da e per la stazione e’ stato impeccabile. Altamente consigliato.

Cons:

Nel patio interiore c’era sempre odore a fumo. Consiglierei alla struttura di poner il divieto di fumarci, visto che e’ un cortile interno chiuso (con tetto)
