Convenient and does the job
Pros:

Good location and friendly staff, clean and tidy

Cons:

The hardest bed I have ever slept on in my life. I had to take painkillers every morning. I have travelled to Japan 5 times so am used to firm beds but this seemed exceptional

満足でした。
Pros:

朝食のおにぎりの種類も豊富でお味噌汁も具だくさんで良かったです。
清掃の方の対応が凄く良かったです。親切に色々教えて下さいました。

Cons:

製氷機の氷が出来ていない時が一度あり残念でした。

Great value, very comfortable stay.
Pros:

Nice location, can walk to many different areas. All amenities available, rooms updated, new and clean.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike, everything was good. Breakfast offerings were simple but enough to get you out the door.

Very good value for the money that you are paying.
Pros:

Location was good, decent breakfast included in the price. Staff were very helpful - helped me store my luggage for a few hours after I checked out as my flight was not until slightly later into the afternoon.

Cons:

Probably the only negative was that the inside of the room was slightly dated.

大変快適でした。
Pros:

夫が出張の為会社が予約したホテルを別途予約しました。
ネット予約で喫煙ルームしか予約出来なかったのですが当日禁煙ルームに変更して頂き、夫と隣の部屋を用意して頂きました。
フロントの方の配慮にとても感謝しています。
お部屋も明るく広く清潔で快適に過ごす事が出来ました。

Cons:

スリッパは購入でなく、アメニティとして用意して欲しいと思いました。
