Pros:

They had no record of our Hotels.com reservation and it took a long time before we convinced them to allow us to check in. There is an obvious problem of communication between Hotels.com and this hotel which needs to be rectified. After the check in debacle, the service was good, except we were forced to pay cask at the hotel restaurant because the waiter paid cash to the chef who apparently is not employed by the hotel. Too strange for words. Not four star or even three star procedures established.

sehr schönes Hotel in Zentrumsnähe in Nis
Pros:

Stadthotel im 3. Stock eines älteren Hauses in Zentrumsnähe. Lift ins Hotel ist vorhanden. Das Hotel ist sehr modern und neu eingerichtet. Auf Kunst ist wertgelegt worden. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Alles ist sehr sauber. Das Stadtzentrum ist in 10-15 Minuten bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zwei Parkplätze direkt vor der Eingangstüre stehen zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Für ältere Reisende, die in Ihren Bewegungen etwas eingeschränkt sind oder nicht so rüstig sind, ist das Hotel nicht zu empfehlen, da viele Treppchen und Stufen vorhanden sind.
