Great hotel and well located. We stayed in a family room for four and the room was very clean and spacious. The staff were polite and went out of their way to make our stay great. Do not miss the breakfast, it is great. I highly recommend this hotel.
Very comfortable and clean. Staff were excellent. It's a 3 minute walk to the Grand-Place but in a very quiet area. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Hotel Lucca provides excellent services, staff, and breakfast in comfortable and well thought out rooms. I can’t say enough about the staff, they were very friendly and helpful and ensured that our stay was fabulous. The hotel is an easy walking distance from the market square and the museums. Will stay here again!
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Lucca, the host, Hans I believe, was a lovely man who made us feel very welcome. The room was spacious with all you need for your stay, just maybe needed a little more attention to topping up the hot drinks tray but that was remedied by getting them at breakfast time.
The bed was very spacious and comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for showers.
Breakfast offered a full range of beautiful fresh pastries, fruit, meat, cheese and eggs and cereals if desired accompanied by tea or coffee.
The location was perfect, close enough to just stroll into the centre of Bruges but far enough out to be peaceful on the whole.
The property has many beautiful features and is eclectic in its style but we liked that about it but also has such history.
We had a wonderful stay in a wonderful city and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

A beautiful characteristic building. The owner was very helpful, gave us some excellent advice & told us some very interesting facts. The room was beautiful & the breakfast had everything you needed to set you up for the day. Only a few minutes walk from the main square. Would certainly stay again.

An historic place to sleep on. Walkable from downtown. Amazing and delicious breakfast. The owner greets you personally…. I found that a plus. It has no elevator but that wasn’t a problem since they helped us with the suitcases
