Annes is value for money on Victoria Island
Pros:

Annes is a medium level, small hotel in Victoria Island. It has all amenities desired/needed but is no "jewel" among hotels. Hotel food is acceptable, the room (smallest) was clean, spacious but some practicalities were missing; like light bulbs and a clogged drainage in the shower. Apart from that everything worked. The food in the dining room is mediocre but price is acceptable.
When power disappears, Annes has its own diesel that kicks in.
Best part with Annes is the staff's eagerness to serve you and to fulfill the place's aspiration to become a real "boutique hotel".
Annes is advisable for those who don't have five star aspirations but still want to stay in VI. If otherwise, go to nearby EKO Hotel and be disappointed over the quality/price ratio.

My new favorite affordable but classy hotel
Pros:

Fantastic hotel. Impeccable services, delicious cuisines and serene environment which is very close to the shopping mall, the cinema etc. words fail me when it comes to describing my experience as it is really fantastic. Thank you Annes.
