Simple elegance, friendly helpful staff, in a great location.
Pros:

The staff were all very pleasant & willing to help in any way. Our room was comfortable and clean. Our restaurant dinner was fantastic. Each morning we had a wonderful breakfast with many options. The roof top pool/bar was comfortable, especially after a full day of walking. We were able to walk to the hotel from the train and it was close enough to everything for us to walk to. It was a wonderful stay.

Cons:

I would have liked brewed coffee available before 8AM. We used the instant coffee in our room. The restaurant opens at 8 but we are up early.

Les cartes du petit dejeuner en français car nous avons eu du mal à commander vu que personne ne parle français.
Le service était long : exemple pour des oeufs commandés en debut du petit déjeuner nous les avions 30 minutes après.

A Lagos Hotel with Lots to Offer
Pros:

We stayed at the Lagos Avenida Hotel for three nights. The rooms are nice and spacious. We walked all over the area so it's convenient for walking. The hotel is easy to locate because it's right by the walking bridge. We enjoyed the rooftop pool. The hotel staff is very helpful and the breakfast they offer is excellent. We really liked the Lagos Avenida Hotel.

Amazing stay in Lagos
Pros:

We had an exceptional stay in Lagos for our first visit to algarve. It was An amazing hotel. The staff were kind, the breakfast great. An amazing location as well.

Very comfortable hotel in prime location away from crowds - perfect stop off en route to Lisbon
Pros:

Lagos Avenida Hotel is perfectly positioned — close enough to walk to the charming old town, yet quietly set apart from the tourist bustle. Whether you're arriving by train or bus, the hotel is an easy walk from both stations.
We stayed in room 403 — a generously sized room with double balconies. While it doesn't overlook the marina, the space and the outdoor areas more than compensate.
The service was great. We had an early departure and, rather than letting us miss breakfast, the staff kindly prepared a packed lunch for us to take on our way. We would happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting the Algarve.

Cons:

The one area with room that could have been designed better is the bathroom. There's a single basin with limited counter space is a bit of a constraint. The frosted glass toilet door is also a design choice that may not suit everyone. Also, a coffee machine is typically standard in a 5* hotel - there's just instant coffee sachets. None of these are deal-breakers.

Great location Lovely staff and great à la carte breakfast Heated pool on 5th floor is a dream Lovely comfy Bali beds .Michelin star restaurant is a bonus in this hotel it is expensive as all Michelin stars are Plenty options to check Menu pre booking We had a lovely room facing Marina and no noise issues thankfully Highly recommend this hotel with great location and one can walk everywhere Thanks to Gabrielle in reception for her courtesy ,professionalism ,and so accommodating with our reservation .

Virkelig et dejligt hotel med cute stil på værelset. Vildt god morgenmad og god service både til morgenmad og ved andre requests. Man kan nyde solen fra tagterrassen, hvor man også kan bestille fra restauranten til.

Cons:

Der er ikke meget privatliv over badeværelset - der er glasdøre til bad og toilet og et gardin, der skiller badeværelsesafdelingen med sengen. Det ser pænt ud, men man kommer hinanden ved lidt for meget til min personlige smag

Idealer Ausgangspunkt um die Algarve zu entdecken. Lagos ist der schönste Ort.
Pros:

Zimmer nicht zum Meer war vorteilhaft, da ruhig. Frühstück konnte man a la carte bestellen - keine Wünshce blieben offen. Lager ideal, nur 5 Minuten in die Altstadt.

Cons:

Parkplatz finden war nicht ganz einfach, aber nicht wirklich problematisch.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

We’ve just returned from a great stay at this super hotel. Ideally placed to enjoy all Lagos has to offer it offers a home from home experience with clean, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfasts and wonderful staff! Highly recommended.
