Surprise, Surprise at check in.
Pros:

Location to Destiny Mall.

Cons:

Edward was a bit rude at checking in. 15 dollars a night parking fee was a surprise. Taxes and other added on fees got ridiculous and brought the bills up. Didn't make up the room and we had to ask for clean towels and wash clothes.

Pros:

How close it was to the mall and breakfast!

Cons:

The pool was dirty....like they don't treat it appropriately you can see the scum all over the edges of the pool. We booked it mainly because of the pool to have a fun night with the kids swimming and at the mall. Unfortunately the pool was gross and we couldn't use it.

Great value, would come back.
Pros:

Breakfast spread was great, easy to navigate around hotel with luggage cart. Always elevator availability.

Cons:

The handle to the sliding door on the bathroom had no stopper before slamming into the wall from the bedroom side. My son, husband, and I all punched out fingers in this spot. Safety hazard.

Housekeeping staff walked in our room. Never staying here again.

Very clean and excellent location

Cons:

Housekeeping staff walked in before checkout, and with the do not disturb sign on the door. Reported this to front desk upon leaving and they didn’t really care.

Pros:

I loved the complementary breakfast and happy hour.

Cons:

The lobby seats were full of stains. Our room. The couch had a stan on it That looked like it was from having to much fun. There were pubic hair in the shower. It was not what I was expecting.

Was never told at check in that there was a $250 incidental fee charge for a one night stay. The room and parking cost $233...The fee was more than the room! When I asked about this at the front desk, the front desk person shrugged his shoulders and said it was what it was. And walked away. Will never stay there again...

2 out of 3 elevators were not working took 25 min to get down to breakfast 30 min left to the end of breakfast was no bacon and would not make more the shower would barely get warm and pressure kept stopping almost to a stop no pressure then pick back up curtains was missing one so light came threw and blinded me in the morning and was no way to block it
