Average. I was missed the appetizer, things like broccoli, salads, or cucumber. Meat was very salted.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this property. The location was excellent and very convenient, which made the overall experience even better. The hotel was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and I appreciated having plenty of room to comfortably settle in with all of my belongings.

The bed was very comfortable, which allowed me to relax and get a great night’s rest. I was also very impressed by how friendly, welcoming, and professional the staff was throughout my stay. Their kindness and hospitality made me feel valued as a guest.

Overall, I was extremely pleased with my experience and would gladly stay here again in the future.

The receptionist forgot to turn our wifi access and phone on. We were there on a Friday... and from 9-1 AM all we heard were cars drag racing on the road between the mall and the hotel. It was very loud!!

Clean and pristine features, good variety for breakfast, attentive staff.

Great location. Great room set up. My family was there for a dance competition and they were unable to give us a comforter for the pull out couch. I found this ridiculous because the blankets they gave us were scratchy and dirty. And had a melted chewed bottle cap invested. Disgusting and had no other option. A family member cried because of this traumatic experience. Everything else was wonderful.

Great value for a larger family! Very clean and love the breakfast too.

Hotel staff welcomed us warmly. King suite was nicely equipped. Enjoyed nice dinner in restaurant. Unfortunately we could stay for reception hour in bar with complimentary drinks. Went to Destiny Mall right across the street to see Leanne Morgan comedy show. Enjoyed greatl complimentary breakfast next morning and relaxed with a swim in the pool before 12pm check out. Recommend the Syracuse Embassy Suites and would definitely stay again. Thanks for a great getaway!

The hotel is in good shape and the people I interacted with were nice. You'll likely enjoy your stay. I'll call out that whoever is in charge - and perhaps there's no one, in which case that's kinda the point - is distracted. Anecdotal evidence:
- no air conditioning on fifth floor (and it was hot) all three days
- the elevator call button on the fifth floor did not work all three days
- my room was not made up and when I asked about it at 5 was told that all the cleaners had left so I was out of luck
- I asked for a late check out (Diamond) and was told that they would get that sorted by the next morning and didn't
- I overheard the kitchen staff apologizing for their speed as "only two people" showed up that day
Anyway, I hope the owner sees this and puts things right.

I highly recommend this hotel for all company events! We are Davis Almer have been very fortunate to be using Embassy destiny for quite a few years now for all of our hotel accommodations for all of our business trips Summit and holiday parties. There is nothing more that I could say about Valerie at Embassy suites destiny! She is an amazing asset to the company and has been very supportive for all of our needs five stars all around for this hotel.
