Pros:

La vista, la infraestructura, buena calefacción, nada que decir...

Cons:

Podrían mejorar la calidad del papel confort y también posicionarlo en ubicación más cómoda. Solo por decir algo. Lo otro es que podrían renovar las toallas, se notaban un tanto usadas. Aún asi fué una estadía hermosa. 10 de 10

Experiencia mezclada
Pros:

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado en una hilera de palafitos de la calle Pedro Montt, desde la terraza se disfruta el vaivén de las mareas y de los botes en la bahía. Está bien equipado, con una cocina eléctrica pequeña pero también con un pequeño horno, hervidor de agua, shampoo y bálsamo, etc.

Cons:

En la recepción no tenían claro si ya se había cobrado algo o no, discutimos un buen rato para resolver el tema del pago y del monto. El departamento estaba bien, pero no coincidieron algunos detalles con las fotos publicadas que al parecer mezclan diferentes departamentos. P. ej. en nuestro departamento no había tina, y la cama doble no miraba el mar.

Dusche im Zimmer 3 muss renoviert werden. Waren zuvor in anderem Zimmer, ganz anders!

Muy bien acondicionado, instalaciones nuevas y cómodas, muy buena ropa de cama. Tienen un balcón divino para disfrutar del espacio que realmente es encantador, el silencio y la tranquilidad. La vista es preciosa

Pros:

Great experience, lovely palafito. The balcony and views were great, just like the pictures. We thought the area was very quiet and safe. The centre is just a 5-minute drive or 15/20 minutes walk from the hotel (beware it's very steep though!). All in all a great place to stay in Castro.

Pros:

Excellent location and historic building. Very clean and spacious. Good parking if booked in advance

Cons:

I forgot some clothes in the bedroom closet when we left. I contacted the property numerous times in the days following by WhatsApp and messaging but no response and a hotel we stayed at tried phoning numerous times and was unsuccessful, so very upset they did not respond to my queries re clothes, some had sentimental value

Cons:

Avec un aussi beau balcon, je m'aurais attendu à avoir des chaises extérieures. Nous avons dû utiliser les petites chaises de la salle à manger.

Noisy with rain. Card machine they said wasn't working, offered to pay in Dollars, they accepted, but changed mind, asked for Chilean peasos, so paid much more as we didn't convert it ourselves. Lost out our bonus discount booking. com had given.
