Lindo. Mejoraría la ducha.
Pros:

La experiencia de dormir ahí es increíble. Está bien decorado. Buenas camas, hornito y cafetera.

Cons:

La ducha no tiene depósito. Hay que barrer el agua después de ducharse. No es cómodo. Menos si está el desague un poco tapado.

Ubicación Excelente. Habitación limpia

Cons:

El personal era atento pero poco resolutivo. La habitación no estaba dotada de destapador de vinos y en mis 5 días de estadía ese faltante no fue remediado

Cons:

No respetaron la reserva de estacionamiento, no contamos con agua caliente en la noche, muy mala aislación, se escuchaba todo lo que hablaban en la habitación de arriba. Mala relación precio calidad.

Schöner Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Sehr schönes Palafito direkt über dem Wasser, die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, die Terrasse ist schön gross und es gibt viele Vögel zu beobachten. Die Entfernung zu Restaurants, ins Städtchen und Einkaufsmüglichkeiten sind gering, aber zum Teil steil.... Auto konnte direkt am Haus geparkt werden. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

Cons:

Die Terrassenmöbel waren fast alle kaputt und nicht nutzbar und Achtung sobald Speisen auf der Terrasse standen, kamen sehr aufdringliche Möwen.

Buena ubicación, bonito y limpio

Mala recepción al decirnos que no tenían estacionamiento, a pesar de que lo solicité y que está promocionado que existe y es gratis. Despliicentes, sin ninguna intencion de solucionar el tema Estuve a punto de irme porque no me querían dar solución, me tuvieron esperando un buen rato y cuando fui a solicitar el reembolso para irme a otro lado, me dijeron que no era fácil y que no podían, a pesar de que pagué un adicional por tener tarifa 100% reembolsable. Luego de un rato se consiguieron con otro huésped que les dejará libre el estacionamiento para que lo pudiera utilizar yo.
Es imposible dormir en ese lugar, no tiene ninguna auslacion de ruido desde la calle, se escuchan pasar los autos, la puerta de entrada a la habitación se encontraba chueca con hendiduras por donde pasa el aire, luz y ruido del exterior.
La pieza Matrimonial se encuentra en la entrada, y da en parte con el pasillo de acceso está mal ubicada y recibe el ruido de la calle como también recibe la luz que dejan prendida del pasillo. Tiene un empavonado en el vidrio que da hacía el pasillo de acceso de todos los otros dptos

Muy caluroso para el verano

Buena ubicación en Castro con una vista muy linda desde el alojamiento.

Cons:

El apartamento es muy caluroso, se nota que solo está preparado para temporada fría. En el segundo piso están las camas individuales y el calor era agobiante.
En el baño, cuidado con la mampara de la tina que es estrecha; y por lo mismo la limpieza de la tina no era la mejor.

Me quedaría a vivir

Desayuno??? No estaba considerado...ubicación buena. El lugar superó ampliamente mis expectativas, todo moderno y andábamos con una adulto mayor; nos tocó abajo no tuvo que subir escaleras y el baño completamente acondicionado para ella. Excelente!!!! Acogedor, limpio. Todo lo necesario lo tenía. Era feriado... nunca vimos a nadie de recepción pero el contacto telefónico fue muy cercano para resolver y atender nuestras inquietudes. 12 de 10 super recomendable. De hecho se nos quedaron unas cosillas y nos contactaron prontamente. Ahhh las vistas de la terraza son maravillosas

Séjour très agréable dans un beau logement rénové
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'appartement avec terrasse au dessus de la mer
Appartement rénové avec des matériaux de qualité et bien équipé

Cons:

Personne a la réception et pas de réponse à nos message whatsapp pour nous dire quel était notre appartement.
Ces informations sont en général envoyées en avance surtout s'il n'y a personne sur place.
Nous sommes rentrés dans 1 des appartements ouverts sans savoir si c'était le bon.

Pros:

Die Lage ist gut, vor allem die Aussicht hat uns gefallen.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer hat keine Dusche, sondern nur eine Badewanne. Ich warit meinem 78-jährigen Vater dort, da kommt es auf die Mobilität an. Der Duschkopf sollte mal ausgetauscht werden. Im Grunde sind dies nur Kleinigkeiten. Wir waren im chilenischen Frühjahr und hatten viel Sonne. In unserem Apartment war es im zweiten Stock bis spät abends sehr warm.
