Cons:

Noise, unfortunately there were night roadworks, jack hammers which initiated change of motel. I feel if the management were aware of this we should have been informed before our stay.

Perfect location for Flemington racecourse
Pros:

The hotel was perfect to watch cirque du soliel, walking distance to the event. Plus restaurant and cafe nearby.

Cons:

The room waz great. Although the mattress was uncomptible. Pillows was not to my liking. The kids beds waz very small.
