Good view but I didn't enjoy parking my car
Pros:

I like the view, and it was so close to south bank

Cons:

The parking situation was really awkward, very tight and small for any SUV size cars.

My fave in Melbourne
Pros:

Have stayed many times. Staff always lovely, rooms well-appointed and luxurious for the price, excellent security, excellent cleanliness. Really like the shower and the decor. Free room upgrades when available.

Cons:

Housekeeping didn't replace coffee and milk. Minor issue as it's available at reception on request.

Very good choice for leisure and travel as a family.
Pros:

Very spacious, good facilities overall, great choice if you want to cook one or two meals in the hotel, the kitchen is very well equipped. Nice rooftop pool and panoramic view of the Flemington Race Course. Good access to public transport, closer to tram, 5-7 mins walk to Newmarket Train Station.

Cons:

No internet in our service apartment during our stay.
