Pros:

The room sizes vary; some are very spacious, while others are more compact. Most rooms feature a balcony, which is a nice touch. Having a kitchen in the unit is very useful, the staff are excellent, and the pricing is quite fair.

Cons:

The beds are smaller than expected (Queen size rather than King), and the mattress is too soft, providing little support for those with back pain. Additionally, the kitchen is not equipped with a dishwasher and was missing some basic cutlery. Lastly, the walls are quite thin, meaning you can easily hear noise from the neighboring rooms.

Disappointing Stay — Needs Major Improvement
Cons:

Overall, this was a disappointing stay and did not meet expectations. The rooms are not soundproof at all — noise from the corridor and nearby rooms was clearly audible throughout the night, causing frequent disturbances and poor sleep.

The beds were uncomfortable and seemed worn out. I requested a bed or room change, but the staff did not provide any solution or support. Service in this regard was not satisfactory.

Cleanliness was also below average, and housekeeping standards need improvement. For the price and rating, I expected much better comfort and guest service.

Die Heizung war bis bestimmter Temperatur schon eingestellt, man konnte es nicht mehr höher stellen.
Daher war das Zimmer ganze Nacht kalt.

Все комфортно.
Понятное заселение, бесплатная парковка - это очень важно ☝️!
Большой номер, чистое постельное, полотенца. Есть кухня, кофемашина,есть плита - можно приготовить покушать, наличие всех кухонных принадлежностей.

Cons:

Слив душа - очень плохо уходит вода !
Все остальное хорошо !
