朝食など大変良い所と部屋からの出入りが自由でないのがビジネスマンにとっては、ちょっと残念だったけど、全体には良いホテルだった。
Pros:

朝食が、部屋に持って来てくれてゆっくり食べられてホットコーヒーも温かくて大変良かった。

Cons:

部屋の出入りに必ずフロントへ電話しなくてはならないのが、ちょっと面倒だった。

琵琶湖大花火大会を観る目的で予約しました。生憎当日は雨模様になり、見えるのを確認して部屋に戻って大画面のテレビで観ていました。割安感があって良かったです。
Pros:

ウォーターサーバーが良かった。

Cons:

バスが古さを感じた。特にジェットバス。浴槽に湯を張る際の蛇口からの吐出量が少な過ぎて時間が掛かった。

部屋で料理が出来るとの触れ込みだったが、お皿やまな板、包丁すら置かれていなかったのでルームサービスで届けて貰った。届いた包丁はよく切れたのだが、鋭利な刃物だったのでセキュリティ上どうかと不安に思った。

あんまり快適に過ごせなかったので残念。もっとサービスを改善してもらいたい。

目的地から近かったので便利でした。

Cons:

とにかく対応がイマイチ。
着いたとたんシステム障害で隣のホテルに行けと。予約してる旨伝えて案内してもらったが、お風呂が不衛生。朝食や食べ物も注文しようかと思ったが、不衛生そうなのでやめた。

Pros:

アメニティーや貸し出しがたくさんありよかった！
お風呂もジャグジーで広くて良かった。
外出もしやすく、駐車場もたくさんあった。

Cons:

浴室天井など、少し古くかびてしまっているところがあるのはきになってしまいました。
冷蔵庫などの前扉が下が引っかかる感じで開きにくいのがきになった。

宿泊利用しました。
サービスはよかったですが、すさまじい量のカビが風呂とエアコンに発生していました。
咳が止まらないのでエアコンはOFFにして我慢しました。
二度と利用したくない。

Pros:

-free parking
-attractive nightly rate
-bed was large and comfy
-many bathroom amenities
-tablet in room to order room service

Cons:

-love hotel, so you don't get a key to exit and re-enter (you need to call front desk to get buzzed out)
-old hotel in need of renovations/maintenance
-bathroom had mold and missing light cover
-dust mites present (had an allergic reaction)
-dirty balcony with spiders and webs
-staff never mentioned free breakfast, so we missed out
