Encanto y calidez en cada detalle
Pros:

Este hotel, en medio de la montaña, es un refugio de paz absoluta. Solo se escuchan los pajaritos y se respira un silencio mágico. Los clientes, muy educados, respetan tu privacidad y tu espacio. Me sorprendió lo relajante que fue estar allí. Además, Oliver, el monitor de actividades, es excepcional: empieza las mañanas a las 8, con una energía contagiosa, y sus visitas al pueblito son un tesoro, llenas de conocimiento.
Nadia, la camarera, es un encanto, siempre atenta, cariñosa, como el alma del lugar.
Todo el personal, desde la recepción hasta los chicos de la plancha,fue excepcional. Solo pude estar dos días, pero volveré sin duda.
Como critica constructiva , el desayuno y la cena del menú cerrado se me hicieron un poco cortos especialmente teniendo en cuenta lo que ofrece el resto del hotel. Está orientado al tipo de cliente alemán que lo visita.
Enhorabuena por esta experiencia inolvidable!

Las comidas deberían ser más memorables, con propuestas más exquisitas, algo que sorprenda.

Afslappende men dyrt ophold

Virkelig lækker morgenmad, roen og den afslappet stemning

Cons:

Ligger ude i ingenting, vil anbefale de laver det som all inclusive. Vi havde ikke bil, og havde ikke mulighed for at købe drikkevare, snacks osv. der er langt til nærmeste supermarked. Aftensmaden er meget fine dining, dette var lidt problematisk indimellem. Poolen var meget kold, boblebadet var heldigvis varmt. Synes opholdet er dyrt, taget alt i betragtning. Værelset var ret slidt, afløbet dårligt så badeværelset gulv blev helt overfyldt med vand.

A real retreat!
Pros:

Fantastic location with great views down to the sea
Staff were all very helpful and friendly
Yoga classes were great
Pool was beautiful and warm enough to swim without pain!

Cons:

Dinner was very early in the evening but o can see why such a small hotel wouldn’t want guests coming in over several hours.

A most relaxing holiday.
Pros:

Food was amazing. Staff were great: friendly and helpful. I need to single out Nadia, who was extra helpful, caring and proactive. She is truly outstanding. As is Enrique! The view is stunning. Location is peaceful. Aquarobics in the morning was brilliant, but could really happen more often than just once a week. Comfortable and spacious rooms.

Cons:

The property is beautiful and comfortable. Maintenance needs a bit of improvement: the curtain in our room was starting to come of the curtain rail; the fan in our bathroom made the most startling noise when starting up. The plants in the atrium needed to have the dead leaves picked out of them, the plants in the pool bar needed some TLC. A five star hotel that is just starting to need a bit of TLC and attention, especially for the price one pays.

Wonderful hotel with breathtaking view
Pros:

Human size property with great facilities, wonderful view to the south coast and extremely friendly staff. Breakfast buffet as well as dinner were outstanding throughout. We can only highly recommend.

Cons:

At our arrival at the hotel we got the great surprise to be upgraded to room including also an all equipped living room … but with no view and all the noise and smell from the restaurant’s kitchen.

Peaceful location, great facilities but with some issues

Our ‘mountain or garden view ’ classic room 101 looked onto a wall and hedge a couple of metres away so we were disappointed
Dinner was so so. Breakfast very good.

Pros:

Sehr schönes, ruhiges Hotel mit einer überschaubaren Anzahl an Zimmern, keine Bettenburg. Toller Blick auf das Meer und die Berge. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Kurztrips ins Umland. Täglicher Shuttlebus zum Strand. Schönes Frühstücksbuffet, sehr gutes Abendessen, tolles Personal.

Es war alles perfekt - die Lage und Anlage (sehr ruhig!) sind traumhaft, das Essen war hervorragend (danke an die Küche!) und das Personal wirklich sehr, sehr nett und außerordentlich zuvorkommend. Ein großes herzliches Dankeschön an jede:n Einzelnen, ihr seid alle die Besten! Besonderen Dank an Damian (du bist natürlich der Allerbeste ;D) und Nadia aus dem Service und der Kellnerin vom Frühstücksbuffett sowie Enrique, dem Allrounder, Oliver...ihr habt uns Tag ein Tag aus mit allem "betüddelt" was das Herz im Urlaub so begehrt! War herrlich, kommen gerne wieder! :)

Ein Traumwochenende dort verbracht und mit Sicherheit nicht das letztemal dort. Traumhaft!!!
Pros:

Absolut fantstisch von vorne bist hinten. Das Personal ist Weltklasse und man fühlt sich wirklich wie im siebten Himmel. Perfekt um den Alltagsstress zu vergessen!

Entspannung pur abseits des Mainstreams

Das Personal ist super freundlich aber nicht aufdringlich. Obwohl ich hier geschäftlich unterwegs war, konnte ich ein paar Stunden in den Urlaub eintauchen, und mich von dem leckeren Essen verwöhnen lassen. Die netten Menschen vom Hotel lesen einem quasi die Wünsche von den Augen ab. Im ersten Zimmer funktionierte die Klimaanlage meines Erachtens nicht ordentlich. Dies sind Dinge die passieren können. Mir wurde sofort ein anderes Zimmer gegeben. Dies ist für mich kein Grund etwas schlechter zu bewerten, eher im Gegenteil. Dies zeigt mir, dass der Kunde wertgeschätzt und ernst genommen wird, und es unterstreicht den hohen Qualitätsanspruch welchen die Betreiber an sich selbst haben. Vielen Dank, dass Ihr mir so herzlich ein paar schöne Stunden bereitet habt. Das nächste mal komme ich mit meiner Frau um diesen bezaubernden Ort in Ruhe zu genießen, und einen Blick auf die Fachmännisch und Liebevoll zusammengestellte Weinkarte zu werfen. Ich freue mich jetzt schon. Noch einmal 1000 Dank für Alles
