Hotel je blízko železničnej stanice, pani na recepcii bola velmi milá, izba celkom čistá.

Cons:

Pleseň na stenách v kúpeľni. Železnica hneď oproti cez cestu, tak bolo občas hlučno aj v noci, keď trúbil vlak.

The owner is a woman who yells at you

Cons:

I paid for a double bed, but I was placed in a 4-beds room initially. Fridge wasn’t working, tap water was dripping, the shower was rusty and pressure very weak. Everything was old, rickety and squeaky. I was placed in a room with a single bed, but only after the owner yelled at me. In that room, the air conditioning was controlled by owner and she won’t set the temperature you’d ask. The breakfast was comprised by packaged bakery stuff and a coffee was made for you from a machine. The owner has screamed at me multiple times when I told her of the problems in the room. Afterwards, she’d harassed me by calling me on the telephone in my hotel room, or each and every time she’d see me coming in and out of the hotel, and tried to change my mind about my valid complains by yelling at me. She’s told me to go to Grand hotel if I didn’t like it, because I should have any of the things I’ve asked for having paid “this much” to stay at her hotel. I left a night and day earlier. According to the previous negative reviews, the owner will deny the facts presented here, and will respond with lies! Avoid staying at her hotel, it’s not worth it! Even locals don’t like the owner of this hotel!
