Phuhi Hotel

I had an excellent stay there. Staff is very courteous and helpful.

Vi skulle kun lige have en overnatning, værelset var super fint, personalet kunne begrænset med engelsk.
Hotellet lå lidt uden for Krabi, men man manglede ikke noget til det korte ophold vi havde.

Hotelli oli siisti ja huone tilava ja siisti. Huone siivottiin päivittäin, kun muisti jättää siivouslapun oveen. Sänky oli hieman kova ja jäähdytin piti ajoittain kovaa ääntä, mutta ei ainakaan omaa untani häirinnyt. Huoneessa oli jääkaappi ja vedenkeitin sekä pikakahvia. 7/11 oli lähellä, joten aamiaisen sai järjestettyä itse.
Sijainti on hieman syrjäinen, mutta Tiikeritemppeli kävelymatkan päässä.

The hotel was close to lovely local eateries and small shops and only 10 mins from the airport. The room itself was spotless with a great view of the Tiger Mountain. We walked to Krabi bus station (30 mins) but found a great motorcycle/scooter hire place next to it which meant the hotel being out of town didnt stop us visiting all the attractions of Krabi and Ao Nang for a much lower price than the hotels within those places. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend!

Great for the price

everything was good until i went to bed. it was hard as a rock. woke up with pain in my hips from how hard this bed was. also, the light emanating from under the door, i could read to it.

Clean cold ac. Hot water heater didn't work. The ac remote batteries were dead. Musty smell in the room

Room was clean

A perfectly decent budget hotel.

Located within walking distance to the temple and also a 200 baht Grab Taxi ride to the airport is an option.

Phuhi hotel is filled with delicious local food sources when the price is reasonable and experience the way of the local villagers and their community of living in an easy and unique way. Not only that there are some famous department stores like Outlet and Big C. The tourists can ask for directions from the receptionist in case of traveling to other attractions. Which Phuhi hotel provides a car service or contact the tour company for convenience.

From the policy of take caring making it popular,is speech by speech from tourists.That chance making the director and the company who made a movie called Fast 9,a famous movie in hollywood stayed in hotel for months.

From the experience from the tour and a chance to stay in other hotels is again feel the caring of the owner of hotel and the ones who give service of thailand.It's a service in south thailand style is another hotel in krabi that tourists see that important and should be recommended.And I decided to let Phuhi Hotel is a another choice for the tourists to come to krabi to take care your vacation and relaxation happily.

I traveled here solo. When I arrived I noticed that this property is a standalone hotel with no enemities nearby.

The ONLY reason I booked this hotel because of its close proximity to the airport (8 minuets).

However, when I asked the receptionist for assistance to book a taxi to the airport, he quoted a charge that is 4 or five times the amount that legally should be charged for this fare. (Quoted: 500 baht).

On my request that he consults another taxi company, he stated that this is the ONLY one available.

After I expressed my dissatisfaction the manager materialised and “negotiated” the prise down for me (still not to the reasonable amount that should be charged!).

I felt that the receptionist of this hotel took adavanage of my situation, showed no compassion or willingness to assist.

I believe Hotels.com should not support this kind of behaviours that make costumers feel completely taken advantage of and ripped off.

พนักงานมีมารยาทดีค่ะ แต่มีความสับสนในการเช็คอุปกรณ์เป็นอย่างมาก โทรตามหาไดร์เป่าผมทั้งที่ไม่ทราบว่ามี โทรมาถาม2 รอบให้เช็คของ (เป็นความสะเพร่าในการเช็คของก่อนเข้าห้องพักของเจ้าของห้องเอง) หากจะเข้าพักให้พนักงานขึ้นไปและเช็คของด้วยค่ะ นอกนั้นดีนะคะ ความสะอาดดี
