Cons:

Don't do laundry there! We gave them our laundry and it came back with yellow stains. 2 weeks later and they are still there, everything is full with yellow stains. We can't wash them out. Thanks alot

Charged me for late check out and they don’t include water in the room so they charged me for them as well. Location is away from the center if you’re ok with that.

Really welcoming people
Pros:

Really comfortable bed helpful staff too

Cons:

When arriving had to be moved from different room a bit smelling and having to mess around trying to work out how to use the safe but we got there

Clean and comfortable
Pros:

The room was spacious and very clean. There are lifts to each floor and modern facilities. Snacks, tea, and coffee were provided in the room which was a very nice touch. The staff were incredibly helpful and we were even able to weigh out baggage before our flight after checkout. Overall excellent service.

部屋は写真の通りで満足。スタッフも親切。ジムがあるということで選んだのだが、使用できないとのことで、星２つにしました。それ以外は満足です。
