Pros:

We stayed at Hotel San Miniato at the end of July and had a wonderful time. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and we really enjoyed our stay. San Miniato is such a beautiful town. Thank you.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo come sempre, torneremo presto.
Pros:

Personale e Staff gentilissimo come sempre, se vado a San Miniato scelgo Hotel San Miniato o Miravalle. Camera Superior al terzo piano con una bella vista e dormito in un letto comodissimo. Colazione come sempre al top con ampia scelta. Parcheggio al interno e vicinanza al centro a piedi in due minuti.

Personnel souriant. Emplacement de l'hotel (la vue sur la vallee) et petit dejeuner, tres tres copieux et varie. Et puis le cafe :-)

Cons:

Chambres peu insonorisees et nettoyage du personnel de l'hotel tres matinal (des 7h30 les aspirateurs)

Expensive in comparison to other hotels on our trip.
Pros:

Great location and car park on the SM hilltop. Pleasant and helpful reception staff.

Cons:

Guest and cleaning staff woke us with very loud screaching noises when moving furniture. Suggest use of stick on felt pads on chair legs etc.
Staff conversing loudly at breakfast.

No AC in the Room and no outdoor hot tub.
Pros:

The location is good and the breakfast was lovely.

Cons:

There was no AC in our junior suite in the separate house from the main motel. Very dark in this separate building and you need to carry your luggage up stairs. Staff was not helpful in addressing our lack of AC complaints. Room also had musty smell. It was August during a heat wave and the AC was not working. Major disappointment and there was no offer from hotel to correct this. They only said "I am sorry to hear this". It was very difficult to sleep. Further, the photos of this hotel on Booking.com show what appears to be an outdoor hot tub. That is not true and creats a false impression. This is simply a cold pool that blows bubbles. It is not heated at all. You need to pay 80 Euros to use the hot tub in the indoor spa. They charge alot for a subpar uncomfortable experience.

Muy buen desayuno, con una presentación hermosa e impecable, las recomendaciones y atenciones del personal de recepción estupendas

Cons:

Lo único que echamos en falta fué una nevera en la habitación porque el clima estuvo super caliente, pero la chica nos ofreció guardarnos las bebidas en la nevera de la cocina
