Konumu iyi olan bir otel. Ancak özellikle yatakları çok kötüydü. Çökmüş vaziyetteydi.

Excellent value for money

Otelin yeri oldukça merkezi bir konumda, olduğu için yürüyerek ulu cami, koza han gibi tarihi yerlere yürüyerek ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Giriş vale aracımızı aldı. Oda temizdi ve oldukça sıcaktı. Kahvaltısı benim için yeterliydi taze çay vardı. Ailecek kalabilirsiniz

Perfect location, perfect breakfast BUT a) they never answered an email of mine, asking for help with car rental, b) wifi and internet didn't work for 2 whole days, they said it was my phone problem (which, by the way was working perfectly even in the buses from and to İstanbul), c) no room service during the only day we needed it, i.e. Saturday and d) the main lamp of the room broke the 2nd day, I didn't bother asking them to look at it. Very different from other past stays of mine there, not worth it's price.

Nice hotel in city center

Personel yardımcı ve güler yüzlü. Aileler için ideal otel.Odalar temiz. Kahvaltı iyi. Bir sonraki Bursa ziyaretinde tekrar tercih edeceğim.

Great location, friendly staff, free parking in the middle of the city, good breakfast. Small rims which is expected in the middle of the city. Cleanliness is average.

Zentraler lage , überall können sie leicht erreichen . Sehr sauberes hotel. Sehr gerne empfehle ich falls jemanden bursa besuchen will.

Best location, but the hotel itself is not great and quite small. We booked a large room and even that was small. The location is amazing with the main Kent square and mall and transport links just a step outside.

Our stay was for one day and all was pleading. The only frustration we had was to find the drive in by car to the front of the hotel due to traffic barriers that was taken away by hotel personnel after our detour. They must find a way to advise customers driving in, in advance. Traffic is more than a bit tricky in the area.

The location is very good and closed to kent mall and a metro station

I have stayed in this hotel for one night , in general good hotel, i liked the breakfast the most , it’s really variable and tasty.

The Kardes Hotel is very comfortable. I stayed in winter and it was warm and cosy. It was very clean, with very friendly and helpful staff and it has a lift. The breakfasts were amazing, with a huge range of choices. I will definitely stay there again. The location was perfect, on a very large square with a big shopping centre next door with good coffee shops. There were buses, taxis, a tram stop and even the train station round the corner. The tram takes you to within walking distance of all the sights.

Bad mattress and pillow. Room was overheated by central heater

The hotel is excellent for the price we payed. It is located in the middle of the downtown just across the road of a huge mall. Parking is available with free valet. Building is a bit old and in need of some renovation. Took us about 20 mins to get to ski resort by our car. Bus stops are right across the street. Staff are helpful and welcoming. The only problem with this hotel was its rooms, very very veryyy small rooms and especially the toilets. I literally was not able to use the toilet because it wouldn't fit me. Breakfast is very rich and delicious. Overall it was enough for the one night we stayed there. If you are a family i sugges lt u find a place with bigger toilets.
