Pros:

Clean and easy access to restaurants. Nice location and helpful staff.

Cons:

Price was a little high compared to other Hampton Inns. Had a surcharge for using Booking.com!!

Just Average for a Hilton Group
Pros:

As a Hampton Inn Honors guest my wife and I always chose hotels in their group.This particular hotel needs some polish to standards of other hotels.We stayed here before and chose this location because it is mid way from home and our destination as well as home on return trip.On the way home we were not greeted and thanked as being a Honors member and practically had to beg for our complimentary water.Ours we have stayed at have water constantly available .Our room was clean and comfortable but it seems all rooms need their showers recaulked .Breakfast was well attended too and this year there were not cards on the tables asking for a tip.We will probably again stay there next year to and from our destination and only hope they step up to the Hilton standards .

It was a lot of fun
Pros:

It was very nice and clean. The breakfast was good. The coffee was always hot all day long. And it was close to everything. And we walked to Blaze Pizza for dinner. We love that place. Everybody was so nice. They were visiting for WVU gymnastics camp. He will definitely be back.

Cons:

We were sad. The pool was closed.. but we understood that things happen. Still had an amazing time.

Not bad for the value. But I expect more from Hilton brand.
Pros:

The staff was great! Location was also really good. Lots of dining choices close by. Easy to access from the highway.

Cons:

Our mini fridge was disguising! Beds were just okay. Room just felt damp. Breakfast was just okay. Basic but free. Fair warning - the eggs literally tasted like nothing.

Pros:

We enjoyed the breakfast and most of the room that we booked.

Cons:

The bathroom tiles behind the toilet looked like they had some sort of debris on them that was brown in color. And even though we booked the king suite with the pull out couch there were no blankets or sheets for the pull out couch to be made into a bed.

Would stay again!
Pros:

Location was perfect for our time in Morgantown. We were able to walk to the baseball field for the super regional games, and it was close to restaurants and other stores.

Staff was very friendly especially the front desk girls were alot of help.
Pros:

Location good and it was hot. Everything was clean and employees were friendly.
