فندق جميل ورائع ويحتاج لبعض اللمسات البسيطة

الفندق لطيف غالبية التيم ودودين وبكل ترحاب
السرير مريح ونظيف وأدوات الغرفة جيدة جدا والكافيه رائع
المبني بار المجاني لمسة لطيفة
تسجيل الدخول باكرا

المشروبات تحتاج التحسين السريع
عدم اهتمام بعض أفراد الاستقبال بطلباتي
كان هناك مشكلة في المياة وطلبت حلها ولكنها لم تحل بسبب عدم الاهتمام

ارجوا اخذ شكوى النزلاء بعين الاعتبار والنظر فيها

لم تكن هذه الاقامة كسابقتها.
بدأ بإيهام الزائر عند الحجز بغرفه مختلفه عن الواقع من ناحية
الاطلاله. مسجل بانها تطل على شارع هادئ والحقيقه عكس ذلك تطل على فناء
المساحه الغرفه غير متساوية الاضلاع بزوايا مما يوحي بضيق في الغرفه .
ايضا سوء نظافة الغرفه من فرش واريكة متهالكه
نقص في مكونات الغرفه
انقطاع الكهرباء بشكل متواصل
انقطاع الواي فاي وعدم القدره للتواصل مع خدمة العملاء
