Absolute amazing, with helpful staff and great spaces to chill and enjoy Goreme's views.
Pros:

The room was spectacular, absolute cave-like but very spacious, comfortable, clean, and just beautiful.
The breakfast was excellent too, with multiple options to choose from.
The common spaces and the terrace were incredible, great view, comfortable, and with a really cool vibe.

Cons:

Going up and down the stairs with the luggage could be difficult, we had to go through 2 flights to get from street to our room, which was manageable for us, but it could be difficult for other people with heavier luggage or mobility issues.
Keep in mind the hotel is up a hill, so if you are walking, it will be a good 100 meters up and steep from the town center and most restaurants.

Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera scavata nella roccia fantastica con vasca idromassaggio. Colazione abbondante e posizione ottima, personale cortese e attento. Specialmente la receptionist S. é stata molto gentile e ci ha dato tantissime informazioni

Очень хороший, уютный отель. Большой номер. Зимой в номере тепло. Ресепшн всегда на связи по ватсапу - это удобно.

Generally was nice and we enjoyed the stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good only it wasn’t directly in the hotel.

Cons:

TV didn’t work. It was too loud outside till late at night. Restaurant‘s personal was not very friendly, everytime we wanted to order something we had to go to him and he didn’t seem to be very happy about it.

Lady(sorry forget the name) was so lovely. Cant describe how sweet she was, treat us like her own famliy member. Location is also perfect for walk around to market, near to view point (sunrise/ sunset). Breakfast was lovely too. Rooftop view is also good, could watch hot air balloon from top. Lots of activites to do which you dont've to do anything just need to let them know and they ll book everything for you. Cant wait to go back soon. Thank you so much. 🙏🙏

Pros:

Das Hotel war sehr schön, die Zimmer extrem geräumig. Wir hatten eine Familiensuite mit Whirlpool. Leider war die Aussicht vom Zimmer nicht so schön.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war herrvorragend.

Pros:

The breakfast was great and it was a good location. The staff was helpful to suggest places to go see.

Cons:

I would have liked the breakfast to be served a little earlier. People are up early after the Hot Air Balloon rides and we had to wait around for breakfast. We went 5 minutes early and the breakfast staff were very stern with us about it not being time. The room was a little musty since in it is a cave.
