Отель который хорошо фотографируется, но абсолютно неудобный.
Pros:

Снаружи отель очень красивый, огромный бассейн, удобные уборные по всей территории.
Вай фай хорошо работает на территории всего отеля.
В номере хороший холодильник с морозилкой.
Хорошая сантехника и удобная ванная в номере.
Вокруг тихо и чистый воздух.

Cons:

Комнаты очень старые и грязные. Как только мы открыли дверь- в нос ударил застоявшийся запах, будто комната стояла закрытой. Весь текстиль старый и застиранный, от полотенец шел неприятный запах как только намокали (прилагаю фото нового полотенца рядом с теми, что были в комнате)
Кровать очень неудобная, это 2 односпальных сдвинутых вместе.
Одеяло тонкое, подушки маленькие и неудобные и их всего 2 штуки.
Слышно абсолютно все что происходит в коридоре из-за огромных щелей в двери.
Шкаф скрипучий и пахнет затхлым.
Кондиционер работает с очень сильным звуком, и не держит стабильную температуру.
Еда в ресторане невкусная.
В отеле очень много русских туристов, как и вообще в этой части Пхукета, может для кого-то это будет плюсом.
Территория вокруг- будто заброшенная, куча мусора и грязный дикий пляж.
Ближайший севен в полутора километрах.
Короче говоря отель очень неухоженный, по моему мнению цена завышена.

Pros:

Die Lage war gut, aber die Geisterhotel in unmittelbarer Nähe katastrophal.
Auch unsere Hotelanlage ungepflegt ( Zimmer gut)

Cons:

Schmutz überall Glasscheiben verschmutzt Böden und umliegenden Garten ungepflegt

Śniadanie. Zarówno menu jak i czystość w restauracji jest na bardzo niskim poziomie. Brak kubków ,noży widelców to co dziennie ten sam problem. Menu na śniadanie bardzo ograniczone . Po godzinie 10 ej braki chleba ,masła.

Pros:

Pool facilities were huge and appeared well maintained and clean. Place is near the beach and a couple of restaurants. 15 mins from the airport. Room was big with good bathroom facilities

Cons:

Expensive for the room, about 2000 Russians staying at the hotel with all the signs and menus in Russian. Staff at the front were quite dismissive and didn't communicate well. Hold a 100usd charge to your card as insurance in case you dirty one of their towels or drink their water. Genuinely takes about 10 minutes to walk out of the place because it's so huge and there is one entrance/exit. Onsite restaurants and bars share approx 5x the price or what you can find in the surrounds. Weird place

It was a relaxing, enjoyable beachside holiday break.
Pros:

All the staff were friendly and courteous. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a view over the forest from our balcony. We enjoyed the selections at the breakfast buffet and we especially enjoyed swimming in the canal-like pool with plenty of distance to have a great swim.

Cons:

We didn't have any problems.

Ok för en kortare vistelse, roligt poolområde
Pros:

Rolig pool för barnen, fina rum.

Cons:

Dålig service i poolrestaurangen, tog lång tid att få mat och nästan allt var slut. Det är ett väldigt stort hotell och hög volym på frukosten. Lite opersonligt, men fungerar bra för några nätter innan flyg.

Lovely location, staff and main building.
Pros:

Location to the beach.
Size of room
Lovely lounge areas although it is not very comfortable seating.
Bathroom area is great.

Cons:

Breakfast is very hit and miss in terms of what is available.
The egg station is a disaster as there is one relatively slow person making omelettes and the queue was always very long.
The main pool area is lovely but the music choice is awful, loud thrash type music. We didn't want use the pool area because of it.
Never enough sun loungers.
