Schönes Hotel mit 800 m langem Pool. Grande Delux Room war sehr groß mit grosser Terrasse aber leider ohne Liegen nur mit Sesseln und einem grossen runden Korb mit Blick vom Bett aufs Meer
Wir hatten unsere Badewanne im Vorraum viele haben dies aber am Balkon gehabt, Regenbrause guter Strahl. Frühstücksbuffet gut. Hilfsbereit bei Rezeption und im Frühstücksraum. Im Grunde war es aber ein schöner Aufenthalt auch wenn manches nicht so OK war.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war unterdurchschnittlich. Ein Fleck im Vorraum vor dem WC vom Vorgänger blieb die ganze Zeit. Fussboden wurde anscheinend nie aufgewischt.
Die Betten standen vor einen Sideboard dass aber nicht befestigt war so dass man sich sitzend im Bett nicht ablehnen konnte.
Das kleine Pool beim Speisesaal war von 10 Tagen 8 Tage nicht im Betrieb nur für Fußbad hat ständig Wasser verloren und war geschlossen so dass man den Buggy in Anspruch nehmen musste um zum großen Pool bzw. Liegen zu fahren.
Bücherei bei Rezeption zu erfragen die haben in vielen Sprachen Bücher aber versteckt unter dem Tisch.
Lunchpakete kann man vergessen nicht zu empfehlen.
Zum Supermarkt und Massagesalon mit tuck tuck 60 Baht.
Da wir zeitig in der früh abgereist sind und Taxi brauchten verlangte das Hotel für 15 Minuten bis zum Flughafen 600 Baht. Wir haben als wir ankamen quer durch Phuket fast bis zum Ende für 1,5 Stunden in der Nacht vom Flughafen aus nur 800 Baht bezahlt. So gesehen war bei der Zufahrt zum Flughafen ein unverschämter Preis.

The location perfect the welcome staffs and helping staff love it All the room is very nice very big view from the room to the ocean. It perfect friendly staffs are everywhere Breakfast is good too. The pool is very clean.

Pros:

Grote kamer en badkamer. Veel ruimte om al je spullen kwijt te kunnen. Ontbijt was prima, voor ieder wat wils. We verbleven twee nachten, strand was aan de overkant van de straat en er zijn 3 lekkere restaurants op loopafstand. Voor een langere periode zouden we hier niet willen blijven.

Cons:

Het bed en kussen waren beide hard. De airco maakte erg veel lawaai, leek net alsof je in een vliegtuig lag. Door de grootte van de kamer kreeg de airco niet alles koel.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

The rooms were incredibly spacious. The main pool area was lovely. The beach is right across the road. The staff in the hotel restaurant were amazing, so friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

It was a very long walk to our room. There is not much around the hotel. Some of the sunbeds were broken and found for the size of the hotel there wasn’t enough sunbeds.

Pros:

Det enda positiva är gymmet och lekrummet (men allt är liksom nedsläckt, konstigt nog?). Poolen är stor, men smutsig. Välj ett annat hotell.

Cons:

Det är kackerlackor överallt förutom i rummet. Personalen är oengagerad. Maten från poolbaren är smaklös. Städning = bäddar sängar och svabbar golv. Poolen är smutsig, rutschkanorna rostiga. Flytmotorerna/flytleksakerna man kan hyra strulade två dagar i rad. Rummet har dålig belysning och det går inte att fixa. Vår AC la av och först efter två samtal fick vi hjälp.
