This is a great place to stay especially if you have kids.
Pros:

This place is great. The pool is refreshing. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is great. We liked this place so much we returned for a night at the end of our holiday.

Pros:

Nice hotel for short term stay. We really enjoy a very long pool and breakfast was décent too. Great option to stay one or two night upon late arrival as it’s very close to the airport, and then move to your permanent resort.

Cons:

All was good.

Great. I'd stay again
Pros:

Pool was amazingggggggg and people were so nice. Also, the hotel was really close to the beach and a great restaurant, so that was a bonus. Rooms were massssssive and beds were comfy (although pillow was much too big/hard)

Cons:

Prices of food were quite expensive compared to the restaurant just a 5min walk away. So, we didn't eat at the hotel. Drink prices for beer were also really high. Would be nice to have a happy hour. This is the first place I've been at in Thailand with no happy hour.

Pros:

This was the second time we have stayed at the hotel. It's close to the airport and fabulous having a pool access room. The hotel is also going through an upgrade, so it looks more polished. The surrounding area provides more services, ie restaurants and massages. It's still quiet, but great if quiet is what you are after.

Pros:

The pool access room was by far the best we’ve experienced compared to other resorts in Phuket. What really stood out was the layout — the loungers in front of the pool are positioned in a way that gives you a nice sense of privacy, unlike many other pool access setups. They’re also very comfortable and perfect for relaxing.

The rooms themselves are spacious and comfortable, and the pool is huge — there’s something for everyone, both adults and kids. You can literally swim for ages and still not cover the whole loop, which makes it a standout feature of the hotel.

Cons:

I had a generally positive stay, but I think there are a few areas that could be improved to enhance the overall guest experience. The breakfast area could benefit from a more thoughtful design and warmer, more inviting decoration. In addition, the walkway from the central part of the resort to the rooms could be made more scenic by adding more plants and greenery. This would create a more pleasant, green and visually appealing atmosphere throughout the property.

We really enjoyed the hotel
Pros:

The size of the room was amazing, we loved the balcony. We had 2 adults and 2 kids in our room and it was great that the kids had a bed each. And the layout of the room was really good with the kids having their own space but still part of the same room. The pool was great

Cons:

The lighting in the bathroom could be brighter. Other than the water park, it felt like there wasn't anything around to do. We didn't see many shopping or restaurant options. It would be great to be shown where some of these things may be

Perfekt für jemand, der eine ruhige Ecke auf Phuket sucht
Pros:

Das Hotel war für uns genau das Richtige, Geplant war es als kurzer Zwischenstopp in der Nähe des Flughafen und wir waren überrascht davon, was es alles bietet. Das Beste war der riesige Pool. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Pool Access und haben es genossen. Frühstück war gut, für jeden Geschmack etwas vorhanden. Trotz der Nähe zum Flughafen, hat man von Fluglärm nichts gemerkt. Zum Strand waren es ca. 50m über die Strasse. Der Strand ist schön und einsam, es ist nichts geboten. Das kam uns entgegen. Wer Party und Aktivitäten sucht, ist hier am falschen Platz. Hier ist relaxen angesagt. Es gibt auch ein klimatisiertes Gym. Ausstattung limitiert, aber man kommt damit gut klar.

Cons:

Der Strand (Mai Khao Beach) ist eigentlich ganz schön, aber es wird halt, wie oft in Thailand, viel Plastikmüll angeschwemmt, den niemand wegräumt. Das schmälert den Gesamteindruck vom Strand doch deutlich..
