The family rooms have one bathroom, only accessible by walking through the adults bedroom. Didn’t work for our family.

Very disappointing experience. We originally booked six nights, but after seeing the actual condition of the property, we decided we could not stay and requested a refund.
The pool was extremely dirty, the building had a very unpleasant smell, and there were hardly any facilities. The whole property felt abandoned and neglected, and the surrounding area felt isolated and unsettling. There are no restaurants, shops, or convenient places nearby.
The hotel also advertises access to a beach, but the nearby beach is not suitable for swimming, which was another major disappointment.
We stayed for only one night before deciding to leave. However, when processing the refund, the hotel deducted the cost of two nights even though we only stayed for one. This made an already disappointing experience even worse.
Overall, the property was very different from what we expected based on the listing. Between the cleanliness, smell, lack of facilities, isolated location, non-swimmable beach, and the way our refund was handled, I would not recommend staying here.

Nothing to like in this hotel.
Where do I even start. The cleanliness at this hotel was very poor throughout our stay. At breakfast, dirty cups and plates with lipstick marks were left on the tables. Even worse, I found hair in my food, which I immediately reported at reception. The staff did not handle my complaint properly the first time, and I had to go back a second time to insist that I needed to check out.
Despite leaving after just one night due to their poor service, the manager charged us for two nights. Given how upset I was with the overall experience, staying any longer was not an option, yet they still tried to bill us unfairly.
The location itself feels very secluded, more like a jail than a resort. The beach is difficult to access and once you get there, there's genuinely nothing — no facilities, just stray dogs and dirt. If you want a clean, accessible beach, you're much better off heading further south.
The in-house restaurant is overpriced for the quality it delivers. On our first night, we ordered food and were served cold, stale rice.
The only guests we saw during our stay were Aeroflot crew members — this did not feel like a place set up for families or leisure travellers at all.
Overall: Poor hygiene, poor service, unfair billing, and a location that feels isolating rather than relaxing. I would not recommend this hotel, especially not for a family holiday.
Where do I begin?? We got the pool access room. The staff is so nice and accommodating, everyone wearing their pro smile from the front desk to the driver. You get picked up and dropped off at your room. The room was clean, and better in person than the photo. It sits right across the street from Mai Khoa beach where it is quiet and clear of vendors. Breakfast was tasty and complimentary. We borrowed bikes and went for a ride down the beach to the airport. We could also smoke on our patio. A real diamond in the rough.
The water level of the massive river pool was a bit low so the filters couldn't do their jobs to keep the pool crystal clean. It wasn't dirty, just leaves and flowers mostly.
