If you want to avoid the crazy mass-tourism parr of Italy, this is it!
Pros:

This place is a gem. Relaxing, comfortable. The food was excellent, both included breakfast and dinners that are extra. And the staff was friendly and professional. I speak Italian and enjoyed talking with our efficient breakfast and dinner waiters: Adriano, Mimo and Francesco.

Cons:

I didn't like driving on the very very narrow roads to get to the place but they have no control over that.

Pros:

The staff were so kind and welcoming to our family. We really enjoyed both the breakfast and dinner. The hotel is very intimate and as architects, we appreciated the design of the rooms and how they re-used the trulli to create special spaces. We had a very comfortable stay.

A magical stay amongst the Trulli.
Pros:

A fairytale-like place. Staff lovely, room quite comfortable and unique, a sumptuous breakfast buffet, innovative dinner menu, especially the pastas and the monk fish.

Beautiful room, lovely experience
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful. Really spacious. Lots of lovely areas to sit around in.
Lovely breakfast included.

We left an item in our room that the cleaners found and we were immediately phoned about which was great

Cons:

It is really quite remote, only 10minutes to Cisternino but down winding country roads so if going out for dinner one person isn’t having wine!

Pros:

Generally this is an amazingly quiet and relaxing place to stay. It is an old Trulli village that had been lovingly restored to a high standard while resting many original features and a cosy feel. It has nearly everything that we expect- lovely rooms, bathrooms, great shower, comfortable bed, lovely grounds - pool and restaurant. It’s a great base to travel from but you’re best off with a car.
The only slight downer was the lack of facilities for a hot drink in the room. There’s always room service though.
All of the staff are very friendly and eager to assist, which is excellent.
