Hoa Co Villa - Garden & Poolview

Very nice stay . The room was very nice and confortable ! Perfect to have one swimming pool for each vila!
The staff were nice and helpfull.
The hotel provide a transport to the center , wich is very nice, and the área is really good to stay .

Location is great! 40 min walk into Hoi An, or ten min grab! Nice restaurants nearby…Opel Moon and hidden river cafe were amazing!

What we liked:

The staff, very friendly and helpful. Strong wifi, comfortable bed, nice view over a paddy field from the balcony.

What we disliked:

The hotel is located next to the Mad Monkey hotel that hold events every night of the week with loud music, Karaoke and screaming.
The doors leading to the rooms are swollen, therefore us, along with everyone else in the block had to literally slam the doors closed. So quests arriving in the middle of the night wake you up. The hot water worked when it felt like it. When other rooms used the water you can hear the water pump make a loud thumping noise.
The water pressure is non existent and our a/c didn’t work.
The advert on booking.com says it includes a kitchen. The ad is misleading because it’s a filthy, broken shared kitchen. (See photos).
You’ll definitely need a Grab to get into town. You can walk the 2.5 k’s but you will need to constantly step off and on the pavement dodging bikes and cars to get there.

I stayed here last year with myself and 2 friends and had the whole villa and private pool to ourselves...it was amazing. That's why I came back this year and just booked a room in the villa as I was on my own and you still have the shared kitchen and dining area. It is a HUGE area in the villas...like a mansion really with all seperate big rooms with ensuite and the seperate private pools in each one are fantastic...big for a private pool. I will be back and recommend to all my friends.. Its only a 20000 to 30000 dong grab taxi to go shopping or the beach areas and pubs. The staff are amazing, very polite, lovely and helpful. And a cheap price on top! I will be back every time I come here which is frequently. I highly recommend as a group to have the whole villa and private pool...it's the cheapest and best 👌 I've seen in the area...but also solo I will be back.

Cute little villa located 2 km from Hoi An "central". Distance is also walkable but Grab operates very efficiently. It cost us 31 000-50 000 dong (1,15-1,90 €) to take a Grab from this villa to the central. We had a nice, clean room with a balcony. The lady called Ha My working in the front desk was truly AMAZING. She would always help us with everything and reply really fast via WhatsApp. If you are coming from Da Nang International airport, I recommend texting the villa and asking them to send the taxi for you. The villa sent us a taxi and it cost us only 290 000 dong (11 €, Grab would have been over 300 000 dong). You can also rent a scooter from the reception and they deliver it for you in 20 minutes costing around 200 000 dong with a half-tank. The Scooter Rental company's helmet was too big for me so the lady even borrowed me her own helmet for free! Trust me with the next recommendation: rent a scooter from the reception, drive to the Marble mountains and then make a stop at the An Bang beach on your way back to the hotel. Hoi An has our heart <3
