Great area, but the hotel itself need much upgrade.
Pros:

Location was very good. Staff was helpful. Bar are welcoming and comfortable.

Cons:

Room wasn't equipped with glasses, water, kettle etc. Bathroom floor and shower was dirty. Wardrobe door fallen out. Swimming pool open between 4 and 7 pm. Breakfast was missing some fresh fruits /vegetable, but it's a personal preference.

Friendly, helpful staff. Warm pool. Clean. Spacious parking.

Cons:

WiFi not available in bedrooms. TV noises from other rooms echo down the corridor, disturbing when trying to sleep. Everything in the bathroom drips - so much water wasted.

Good location and service, old facility
Pros:

Breakfast options very good, services' people very friendly and helpful, location good for a long weekend skying. The pool has warm water and it was big enough to accommodate sufficient people without being crowded.

Cons:

The building is quite old together with the rooms, furniture and restrooms. No WiFi service is available.

Ski bus to Daolasa every 30min right on front od the hotel.
great and very nice service. everybody was really very nice and helpful. 10/10
quite good food for dinners, with a very good price wort thinking about if You stay there. recommended and very convinient.
