Ça pourrait pu être mieux
Pros:

Suites spacieuses, confortables et propres avec de bons lits. Bon petit déjeuner .

Cons:

Hotel loin de Valence, donc il faut voiture ou transport pour visiter le centre-ville. Personnel peu accueillant et peu Serviable .
Chambre pauvre sans machine à café .
Option demi pension non interessante vu qu il y a peu de choix au dîner avec des menus peu variés fixes à là carte

Personal de recepción Excelente, buen hotel.
Pros:

Buen Hotel, Personal muy Amable.

Cons:

Las almohadas, necesitan poner a la disposición del huesped cuando menos una mas por persona.
La calefación del cuarto muy mal, estaba a demasiado alta temperatura, no siendo posible ajustar,
esta temperatura en el cuarto.. no se porque hacen eso, a gusto de quien establecen la temperatura??

El hotel está muy bien pero quizás hay algo que no me gusto. Quisimos tomar un café y la cafetería estaba cerrada por lo que nos indicaron poder tomar un café de una máquina que tenían al lado de recepción.Considero que tal y como es el hotel no debían de habernos cobrado,por un café 2€ cada uno cuando en la mayoría actualmente te ponen en las habitaciones por si quieres tomarlo y gratis. Me pareció un detalle un tanto feo
