Cons:

El ascensor presenta muchos problemas y tarda muchísimo, los huéspedes ya se habían quejado pero creímos que ya estaba solucionado y tuvimos que esperar 15 minutos entre pode bajar con las maletas

Pros:

Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam. De garage was een meevaller.
Mooi ontbijtbuffet.

Cons:

Het zwembad was zeer klein. Om Valencia te bezoeken heb je de auto nodig. De bar ging pas om 7 uur open.

Hotel muy buena relación calidad precio. Buena atención
Pros:

Las camas son amplias y muy comodas, tiene parking privado. Esta un poco retirado del centro, pero siempre voy en coche no me incomoda.

Cons:

Le falta mantenimiento al acceso desde el parking al hotel

Small gestures can leave a huge impression on your guests
Pros:

The water leakage and stinky smell of your underground parking are unhealthy and disgusting. The management or hotel manager should pay extra attention to that because that is a source of transmitting diseases

Cons:

Placing a bottle of water or two in the rooms as free of charge is a global curtesy among hotels. A bottle or two of water so your guests can enjoy drinking it at the arrival does NOT cost you that much and for sure it will be greatly appreciated by your guests

Todo me gusto.. La habitación era Suite, estaba perfecta. Cenamos en el restaurante muy tranquilos.

Cons:

Hay poca luz en los espejos, para ver bien, un espejo con aumento o más luz en el espejo ayudaría.
