仕事で日本中のビジネスホテルに数百泊しましたが、このホテルは期待外れです。スタッフは親切ですが、部屋の衛生状態や管理が良くない。外国人向けホテルです。
Cons:

2日目のバスタオルが生乾きの匂いで臭い。部屋の中がホコリだらけ、エアコン付けると空気中はホコリが舞って酷い。風呂の設備の（蛇口、シャワー、レインシャワー（浴室の天井からスプリンクラーの様に多量の水が出る）の使用方法の説明がわかりずらい。冷水と熱湯の切り替えの表示が無いので火傷の可能性大。日本人向けでは無く、外国人観光客向けのホテルと感じた。国内向けのビジネスホテルは施設の使用方法など日本人らしく丁寧な説明があるが、東横インは非常に不親切。

特に不満もないのですが、団体の対応をスムーズになれば。（チェックインと朝食時）

15時のチェックイン時は韓国人の団体で渋滞
説明に手間取るのは仕方がないですかね。

島の中心地で唯一泊まれるホテル
Pros:

チェックイン、チェックアウトが簡単
部屋にスリッパ（ビニール素材）があった
無料コーヒーが何杯でも飲める

Cons:

駐車場が小さく、予約できずに高い一般駐車場に停めなきゃいけなかった
朝食の品数や味が貧しくて食べる気にならなかった（無料だから仕方ない？）
