My stay was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience
Pros:

My room was clean large and comfortable with all facilities I required. The housekeeping staff were friendly, helpful, courteous and prepared my room lovely each day.
Reception staff were friendly and obliging. Check-in and check-out were processed very quickly and seamless.

Sunsets and Location
Pros:

Location was great to the beach and not far to walk to Bangla Rd. Our last night there we did the romantic roof top sunset dinner (5 course), and WOW, such a wonderful memory

Cons:

The terrible mouldy smell in our room. We asked for the room to be sprayed but that only lasted a couple of hours. Keep the aircon going 24/7. The reception staff were encountered on check-in were not friendly or welcoming

המיקום טוב, השירות לא הכי מפנק, לא הרגשה של תאילנד, לא קבלה בכניסה לא העלו לנו את המזוודות אפילו לא הציעו.
הרגשה קצת של אכסניה ולא מלון

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean

Cons:

I've given the review a 10 because it's fantastic for the money, and was a lovely room, however there were a couple of observations, 1. The hard floor was greasy, 'I suspect a poor additive to the mop water' 2. The WiFi was very poor, everything kept buffering. 3. I had my own roon but it had an adjoining door to the room next door and the sound insulation was awful, you could clearly hear everything next door.

Tarif élevé, douche qui fuit par le bas, bruit de la rue +++ photos trompeuses de la chambre, le sol était sale,aucune vue sur l’extérieur, pas de petit déjeuné inclus, service de navette aéroport inexistant
Lors du Check out alors que notre taxi nous attendait et qu’il s’agit d’un hôtel 4 étoiles certainement perdues en cours de route …on nous a demandé d’attendre afin qu’un membre du personnel vérifie la chambre !!! nous étions une famille de 4 personnes du jamais vu
Au prix payé pour deux nuits j’aurai pu rester sur samui ou ko tao pendant deux semaines avec petit dej inclus

Schöner Aufenthalt, sehr Zentrums nah

In der Unterkunft gab es sehr schöne Zimmer

Cons:

Leider gab es keinen Balkon im Zimmer, sondern nur so einen kleinen Kasten mit einem runden Guckloch. Das hat mir nicht gefallen.
