最高でしたー！
Pros:

研修生のスタッフの方に歯ブラシを持って来て欲しいと頼んだところ、要求以上の歯ブラシを持って来てくださり、大変助かりました。

Cons:

朝食時間がめちゃくちゃ混んでいたのですが、予約ボードが上手く活用されていませんでした。よかったら、ボードをフロント側に持って来て、ほぼ強制する形で促して頂けると、もう少し分散するのではないかと思いました。お部屋で食べれる制度は大変良かったと思います！

落ち着いて良く眠れるホテル
Pros:

ベッドの寝心地がとても良くて、ぐっすり眠れました。とても清潔で、使いやすい設備でした。ゴミ箱が2個並んでいて、分別出来たので、使いやすかったです。

部屋の空調が良く、快適でした。また、お風呂が広く、乾燥が早かったので、楽でした。

希望したように、非常口に近く、見晴らしの良い高い階のお部屋にして頂けていたので、嬉しかったです。

Cons:

朝食は、美味しかったですが、食堂スペースが狭くて、少し雑然とした印象を受け、あまり落ち着いて食事が出来ませんでした。

無料サービスということなので、納得してはいますが、バイキングのオカズの種類が、他のホテルに比べて少し少ない気がしました。

Pros:

廊下と、部屋の窓から見えた津の海がきれいでした。

Cons:

津という駅の構造上、JR側と私鉄側、
（東口、西口）の行き来が不便。
当ホテルは飲食店がほとんどない側で、
食事処を探すには少し不便だが、一方静かで、正面は護国神社、左隣は偕楽公園でのんびり散策するには良かった。
