9/10 for 3 star hotel.
Pros:

Bunking was great, location was great, staff were great. The Sakae subway station is about two blocks away. I truly have nothing to complain about the sleeping or accommondations of the hotel. The AC unit in my room did its job perfectly.

Cons:

Only strife I have got was the breakfast. Granted, it only mentioned international breakfast and they didn't really say anything else about it.

For rated three star hotel, it was an 'ok' variety. For about 1300 yen, all you can eat, it was good deal if you just want to get day going.

冷蔵庫やベッドの下に前の人のゴミが残っていた。清掃をアジア人だけにやらせてるなら、清掃は行き届いていなち

Pros:

1.早餐以價格來說很豐盛，CP值算是很不錯，跟去便利商店買比起來，性價比跟新鮮度差很多。
2.飯店2樓有提供飲料機，可以省一些喝東西的費用。
3.飯店有配合的停車場(日建錦パーキング)，走路約2~3分鐘，印象中是下午3點停到隔天10點是1800塊日幣。
4.附近有很多店家可以吃跟逛，位置地點很不錯。

Cons:

1.洗衣機跟烘衣機太少，家庭客要洗衣服跟烘衣服要等很久。
2.隔壁平日有在施工，8點後有時候會感覺房屋在震動。
3.附近剛好有一些風俗店，一早有時候會看到喝醉的倒在附近的地上。

また 泊まりたいホテル
Pros:

・新しい
・明るい
・トイレとシャワールームの仕切り
・朝食
・朝食会場のスタッフさんの挨拶
・エレベータが多くてストレスフリー
・ホームページで見た感じより シンプルな壁やカーテンの模様
・外国人観光客さんが多かったが 騒がしくなかった

・これといった マイナス要因はなかった
細かい事を言えば
・部屋の隅の ホコリ
・朝食の外人のスタッフさんが 足で 椅子を直していた（でも、一生懸命さが出ていて 逆にホッコリしました(*^^*)）
