Categories

Cleanliness
8.4
Generally praised as clean and fresh in multiple reviews, though a few mentions of sheet stains and occasional dust lower a perfect score.
Service
7.8
Mixed feedback: several reports of kind and helpful staff, but notable complaints about luggage not being accepted, unfriendly front desk interactions, and limited daily service.
Location
8.4
Conveniently located (close to station, easy access) and well-placed for travellers, but some guests noted the surrounding area (entertainment/cabaret district) as a downside.
Room Quality
8
Rooms described as comfortable, spacious and stylish by many guests; issues include noisy air conditioning, occasional refrigerator problems and isolated cleanliness defects.
Amenities
7.6
Good in-room amenities (pajamas, toiletries) and useful facilities, but several concrete negatives: limited/faulty coin laundry (dryer out of order), some refrigerators not cooling and limited housekeeping options.
Value for Money
9.2
Frequently highlighted as excellent value and very affordable; guests repeatedly mention strong cost-performance and satisfaction for the price.
Food and Beverage
7.6
Breakfast receives mixed reviews — some guests liked it, but others found the buffet limited, the breakfast room small/chaotic and hot dishes lukewarm.
Overall Experience
8.6

Good value for money but only for 2 nights
Pros:

The property itself a good value for money
10 min walk to the closest subway station
The only issue is if you stay 6days with breakfast it’s the same same breakfast every day
And they will clean your room only once …..

Cons:

Only one room cleaning during our 6 days
Same breakfast every day literally
