I didnt end up staying, there were holes in the walls, toilet roll holder was on the floor, when there was a screwed up blanket next to the bed and when i pulled back the covers and noticed the small black curly hairs, i decieded to leave and find another place to stay, I did contact the phone number and they did offer to move me.. i just wasnt convinced it would be that much better.

It was convenient being near the center of town. full of loud people on weekends so definitely choose room 30 if staying.

Too be honest it wasn't a good start...
But in saying that they have really done me a solid in my extension and now I am extremely happy... If I can say one thing is too book the rooms with the extra bed like room 30. So close to the mall and everything central. The room they have moved me too is extra comfortable and much better. I appreciate their help and understanding as well as the room I am now in... Thanks to all the staff. My initial ratings go up for this room.

It's a comfortable enough room but small and wasn't very much in the way of storage. There was only 1 cup and 1 glass so cuppas for 2 out of the question. First night I had to call the police as there was a domestic dispute happening in the room across from ours.
It's not good that there's no reception because it was extremely scary waiting for the police to arrive.
Parking next door in secure carpark is good $10 a day.

Great value, super clean. Mattress could've been softer but slept well. Easy check-in with a text - no key, no bother.

Close to shops and Bendigo Gallery, not far to walk. Secure and safe.

Good location, very central, everything within walking distance. The light did not work and the walls were dirty., but the bathroom, linen and floors were clean
We were promptly moved to a different room on the ground floor as no-one was availabe to fix the lighting issue. This room was very clean and everything worked perfectly.

Room 1 felt like the room thats saved for when

I liked the use of PINs to get into the property. Easy to not have to worry about keys or keycards. Felt secure also.

Small room but quite comfortable. There was no bunkbed as advertised, which wasn't an issue for our group but could be for some. Good value for the price and very convenient location.

I have communicated with reception about my issues. Noise of maintenance next door till 9 pm, security alarm went off 4:20am. Tv remote dead. Bed uncomfortable. Most issues weren’t premises fault.

Comfortable bed clean sheets clean toilets and bathroom excellent conditions, the only suggestion i have if u could have tissue box and water bottle in the fridge, otherwise we had a great stay

Cramped tiny room. Walls had hand marks and bathroom was not clean.
Would not recommend and certainly far too expensive.

Customer service and checkin was great , room and facilities were standard but location of accommodation being close to pubs was noisy. which wasn’t too bad music finished at 11pm. However I got woken up in the middle of the night by what sounded like drunk kids outside making a scene , which was scary sounded like a fight was brewing. That ruined my night and experience.
