I was worried from their first review “Friendly, helpful staff, so helpful and polite. dinner was excellent !!! So delicious ❤️. Breakfast was excellent. So much to choose from. Beds great. Pillows lovely. Showers hot. Tv worked well. Could not fault our stay. This is the 2nd time we have stopped here. We had a 2 yr old child with us this time and she was also made welcome.location is perfect one and only best location in Manali
No matter what they help us in every conditions
Would highly recommend!!! ”

Pathetic Stay
Pros:

No matter whatever worst I say is less for this property. The manager and staffs are non Co-operative. Location is very bad and too far from the Mall Road. It seems like you're climbing the mountains. No facilities are available. Every facilities were refused by them.They had provided me stale food and water which caused food poison to my partner. It was a complete nightmare for us. I will never recommend it to anyone in the world.
