The bed was so comfortable. The staff were wonderful. Room was very clean.

Perfect location, helpful staff.
Not to say didn't like, but there were little insects found at the side cupboard beside the bed, and also in the bathroom. The hotel management may check on it.

Location is superb, we can easily walk around and explore jonker street by foot. Room and toilet are very clean and comfortable.
No one at concierge upon arrival, waited for quite sometime. Perhaps the hotel is under staff?
The night market on Fri and weekends just out of the hotel. Super convenient and the parking lot they provided not far from the hotel. Staffs are nice and friendly, definitely 💯 one of the best hotels in Melacca.
