Non-business stay. Excellent.
Pros:

Everything was exceptional. Clean, good location. Well kept, older hotel. Nice staff, very pleasant and responsive. Free, safe parking. Short walk to Singing Fountains display. Do not miss that.

Готель дуже сподобався. Починаючи з ввічливих та доброзичливих співробітників, закінчуючи чудовими сніданками. Вишуканий, витриманий в одному стилі дизайн, тихо, бо майже всі вікна виходять у двір. В готелі чисто та приємно. Паркуватися можна на власній ділянці. До такого готелю хочеться повернутися.

Pros:

Zum Teil strahlt das Personal eine gewisse Arroganz aus. Der größte Teil des Personals ist sehr freundlich und kompetent. Es gibt aber leider 2-3 Personen die den Gesamteindruck des Hotels schlecht aussehen lassen

Average hotel - ok for short time stay.
Pros:

The stay was average. We stayed one night before travelling to Kiev. For a night stay it’s ok. Breakfast was a bit weird. You can only order one drink in the breakfast deal - meaning if you ask for a coffee you will be charged for a glass of water.
I ordered scrambled eggs as per their menu in English and got 2 fried eggs. I requested it changed to scrambled eggs and was told it was not possible and they confirmed the menu was wrong translated to English and that the hotel did not make scrambled eggs. Only eggs was omelet and fried eggs.(a heads up the day before when ordering would have been in place or they should amend they breakfast menu)
We asked specifically to have breakfast at 07:30 however they breakfast was delayed for 20 minutes which delayed our morning plans/departure from hotel.

Pros:

...a very good hotel
Pros:

Even there was a mistake by Expedia th hotel was very helpful. During one week we could solve that problem. Complete stuff was always friendly. When I checked out I forgot something and became it back. They stored it. Nobody take it away. Even there is so safe inside the room I guess this hotel is safe.
Last.... also Olga from the frontdesk is an attraction....(smile)
