Very peaceful, therapeutic thermal pools and wonderful scenic location !
Pros:

Overall, we had a lovely experience at this hotel. The thermal pools and spa were excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our treatments. A special thank you to Chiara, Luca, and the team, who were incredibly welcoming throughout our stay.
Unfortunately, our experience was marred on the night we celebrated my husband's 65th birthday at La Rocca restaurant. A staff member named Davide ruined the evening by rushing our order and failing to listen properly. Instead of the steak tartare we ordered, he mistakenly brought out a massive 1.3 kg T-bone steak, which is impossible for two people to finish. To make matters worse, he never even asked how we wanted our steak cooked. When we pointed out the error, we received no apologies from him. We chose not to make a scene at the time because the restaurant was full of guests, which we now regret.
The next day, we mentioned the incident to reception. Chiara apologized and kindly offered us a free dinner for the following night. However, after such a disappointing experience, we preferred to eat out elsewhere. No alternative resolution—such as removing the mistaken steak from our bill or offering a partial refund—was provided, leaving us €175.00 out of pocket for a wasted meal.

Top notch service at a prime location!
Pros:

Perfect location, beautiful view. The Food and Drinks were top notch. Spa services like massages and the thermal pools were world class. However best of all was the service there. Definitely lives up to their 5-star luxury status.

Cons:

The rooms seemed a bit smaller than I expected but the beds and pillows were comfortable. Windows were also complete blackout which we appreciated.

Idyllic view . Wonderful Stay.
Pros:

The view from La Posta is amazing. An absolutely beautiful setting. The furnishings are traditional.
The breakfast is a delight overlooking a gorgeous mountain with a hilltop town. A small area cannot call it a town, with several very good restaurants about 100 meters at the end of the driveway which also leads to thermal springs. Cannot fault anything about our stay. Perfect in all ways.
