Chicca nel centro città ✨️
Pros:

Ottima posizione, tutto raggiungibile a piedi in pochissimi minuti.
Personale molto gentile e disponibile anche prima dell'orario del check-in.
Camera molto pulita, ampia e curata nei minimi dettagli con visuale sulla Piazza della Sala. Nota molto positiva, la camera è insonorizzata benissimo e, nonostante il sabato sera ci fosse molto casino e molta gente nella piazza, con la finestra chiusa non si sentiva nulla.
Colazione ricca di alternative sia dolci che salate e personale di sala molto cordiale.
Ha soddisfatto pienamente le mie aspettative e lo consiglierei vivamente.

Pros:

Location is at the centre of the city. It was spotlessly clean. The rooms were very well appointed and bathrooms were really good. The restaurant served good food and service was really friendly.

Pros:

La struttura ha una posizione molto comoda, alle spalle del battistero, Greta ci ha accolto con molta professionalità e disponibilità. La stanza bella e comoda, con affaccio su piazza della Sala che è il fulcro della movida, ciononostante abbiamo dormito benissimo xché ben isolata. La consiglio vivamente.

Pros:

La posizione è ottima e centralissima, proprio dietro il Battistero. Gli operatori della reception gentili e disponibili. La colazione buona. Il ristorante, collegato alla struttura, è valido e si mangia veramente bene.

Pros:

Struttura al centro di Pistoia, molto pittoresca ed immersa tra le luci del Natale. Più che una stanza era un miniappartamento con grande bagno, disimpegno e stanza da letto. Affaccio sul battistero. Molto utile anche la presenza del ristorante al piano terra, ove abbiamo cenato. Molto gradevole anche l'arredamento

A regular choice hotel
Pros:

This is a regular choice for me and it never disappoints. From the location, look, comfort and facilities (eg. coffee making in room) and friendly staff. The choices for breakfast are plentiful.

Cons:

Unfortunately, I was unable to eat dinner at the restaurant as there was no availability. Apart from that, I have no complaints and that is why I continue to return!
