Roof Garden Hotel

The room and bathroom were supper dirty. I could see a cobweb. You could see lime on the fixature and everywhere in the bathroom. I was reluctant to use the toilet and don't take a shower. it was rusty and dirty. very disgusting. The hotel seems to be left to run down. Very bad situation. look at the pictures.
It had two very old and smal elevators. The breakfast salon had a great view but very low quality and cheap breakfast. The receptionist hardly knew English.
I believe the hotel can hardly get one star. I had to pay 300 TL a night, which is supper expensive for such services. They should not charge more than 100 TL with the current situation.

I stayed at this hotel for four days during my International conference visit to Osmangazi University that is close to the hotel.The hotel is also close to Sazova park one of the major parks in the city which is good fun to visit.My room was at the fifth floor and it gave me a good view of the surroundings from two different directions to see the city buildings on one side and the city sports complex on the other side.All the facilities in the room are in good condition and working as i have no complain on anything during my stay.Behind the hotel is a tram station that makes it easy for me to travel round the city whenever i go shopping to different locations within the city.The hotel staff are friendly only that only few of them could speak English language,some of them assisted me in snapping pictures to remember my rip to the city of Eskisehir.

Resepsiyonda bulunan calisanlar cok iyi hizmet veriyorlar. Kendilerine tesekkur ederiz. Arkadasimin odasundaki problem cozmek adina odasini hemen degistirdiler.

This hotel was recommended by the conference organizers of Osmangazi University,Eskisehir and the hotel is quite nice.In fact this is one of the best hotels i have lodged in the different countries i have so far visited for international conference.There is free wi fi which enabled me to communicate with my family members after arriving Turkey.My room is located in the fifth floor which gives me a good view of the city from two different directions and all the facilities in the room are working well.There is a tram station behind the hotel which makes it easy for me to go round the city and return back easily.The hotel is also close to Sazova Park one of the two major parks in the city of Eskisehir and quite popular that in case you got lost in the city like myself you can take a taxi back to the hotel.

The hotel is in a great location out of the city centre, close to the Eskisehir Osmangazi University. The hotel is very easy to get to using the tram and despite being right next to the tram stop, you don't hear anything so I had no problem sleeping. The staff were very friendly and spoke good english and I had a great room, which was comfortable and had wifi. The hotel does a buffet breakfast, offering a variety of Turkish foods which I really liked.

A bit far from center but who cares. Very close to the tram station. Good decorated rooms and toilet big enough for two. Open buffet breakfast at terrace is perfect. Nice and helpful staff. No need to search more if you visit Eskisehir for couple days.

Free Wi-fi, plasma TV's, helpful smiling personnel. Open buffet breakfast has quite a large variety. 50 meters away from tram stop. Doesn't have an attended carpark, but it is close to a public autopark. I had a 35% campaing discount which was available during my stay.

Especially the modern interior tells that this hotel is quite new. For the price I paid I got a big room with lots of space. Very friendly staff, clean rooms and especially high speed wi-fi. Breakfast buffet was very big and very comfortable. I would come back.

Nice hotel with friendly workers. I stayed for 2 nights and attended a seminar in the hotel. It's a good choice for families also. The only odd is the hotel is a little bit far from the city center, but they have a shuttle and you can reach to all the social activities in 15 minutes.

This was my second stay at this hotel. I booked it without even searching for another alternative because this was way good value of stay. Hot rooms are perfect after the blistering cold of the city, real paintings on the walls, great breakfast facility and service, very good decoration and smart architecture. Rooms are much better than expected taking into account hotel's star rating. Ideal for anyone who is looking for a comfortable stay after a business or a touristic day. Even though it was OK at my second visit, I wish I booked the hotel Ibis which is definetely in the heart of the city. Thus, you wouldn't have to pay 15 tl to a taxi to get back to your roofgarden room.
