Pros:

Room was fine. Bathroom was ok.

Cons:

Employees did not speak English. Hotel was empty and seemed not well taken care of. Internet was not good.

Cons:

Wir waren 2019 schon einmal in diesem Hotel, damals waren wir sehr zufrieden, daher haben wir das Hotel wieder gebucht. Das Hotel ist nun leider heruntergekommen, die Möbel alt, unser Zimmer war nicht sauber, sondern sehr schmutzig. Es gab an meinem Bett keine Steckdose. Das Zimmer hatte kein richtiges Licht, im Badezimmer fehlten Ablagen für Kosmetik. Das Frühstück war leider auch nur eine 3 von 10... Ehrlich gesagt, erschreckend, wie schlecht alles war... Schade! Wir kommen daher nicht nocheinmal!

Mich haben die Negativen sachen nicht so gestört in großen in ganzen war alles ok aber ich denke das Hotel wird von eine

Die Lage ist Perfekt, Hotelanlage ist sehr gut, Parkplätze sind kostenlos verfügbar Tagsüber ist kein Problem ein Platz zu kriegen am Abend unmöglich aber Parkhaus ist 10 meter entfernt. Die Zimmer sind auch schön in Ordnung werden auch super geputzt.

Cons:

Zu viel Personal was einfach nichts tut im im Lobby rum sitzt das ist ein allgemeines Problem in Alacati die haben eindeutig zuviel Personal, am Pool entlang könnten die sich vileicht einwenig zeit nehmen um die Fliesen zu putzen, Das bar ist an sich steht mit leeren Flaschen rum es wird dort kaum genutzt und geputz sehr schlechter Zustand.

Personal war super nett!

Cons:

Während unseres Aufenthalts im Hotel war es leider sehr schmutzig. Die Putzfrau hat in den gesamten 10 Tagen weder die Toilette gereinigt noch die Bettwäsche gewechselt. Es wurde kein Toilettenpapier aufgefüllt und auch keine frischen Handtücher gebracht. Der Zustand des Hotels ist allgemein renovierungsbedürftig, doch seit Jahren wurde offensichtlich nichts modernisiert. Umso unverständlicher ist es, dass der Besitzer für dieses Hotel so viel Geld verlangt, ohne in Sauberkeit oder Erneuerung zu investieren.

Otelin konumu çok iyi…otopark sıkıntısı cumartesi günleri hariç hiç yaşamıyorsunuz..biz sezon dışı orada seyahat amaçlı bulunduk sanırım bu yüzden oda biraz tozluydu ama kirli asla değildi…güler yüzlü çalışanlar ve otelin sahibi gayet ilgili davrandılar…çok tatlı güzel bir otel👌

Otel personeli mutsuz hizmet veriyordu. Havlular lekeli ve eskiydi. Oda genel olarak temizdi. Banyodan gelen koku tüm odayı körü kokutuyordu camı açtığında ise inanılmaz çöp kokusu geliyordu. ( otelin sorumluluğu olmasada iyleştirmek için çaba vermeli) banyo eski ve bakımsızdı. Kahvaltı yeterli ve lezzetliydi .

Hotel was fine and staff did what they could but nightclub next door is a real issue for them

The location was great

Cons:

Be aware there is a night club right next door which is very loud until around 2am in the morning, and the language barrier made things difficult as I didn't speak Turkish and none of the staff appeared to have very much English so all communication was Google translate or messages on Booking.com and rooms aren't cleaned daily unless requested.
