Great location in city centre. Breakfast was good. Room was warm in cold winter.
My room was non-smoking but it smelled like cigarettes. The walls are thin and you can hear everything from neighbour rooms, hotel lobby and outside to your room.

The hotel was in a great location with lots of on street parking just outside. The historic centre of Kars was about 5 minutes walk and the area was clean and quiet. Our check in was lovely, polite and helpful and the room was a good size with a desk to work at and even a kettle. Breakfast was ok with lots of items to choose from but nothing was labelled so, as a European, I had no idea what things were. The hotel itself was very clean and quiet and the wifi worked well.

It was very hot the day we arrived and there are no fans or aircon but the window did open fully. Obviously they prepare for cold weather.

Comfortable beds. Nice room. Great location. The bus for Ani just around the corner.
The breakfast. I asked the Staff where the bus to Ani was and they said no bus get a taxi. When the bus left from just around the corner. Probably the only reason travellers stop in Kars.

The staff were super helpful with organising a trip to Ani for me, even though it was very short notice and I arrived late in the evening. It was the highlight of my time in Turkey.
