Quando sono arrivato ho trovato l'hotel chiuso, fortunatamente una persona che viveva in una casa accanto mi ha detto che avevamo spostato gli ospiti in un altro residence perché non avevano abbastanza prenotazioni e mi ha spiegato come arrivarci. Senza nessuno che mi avvisasse mi sono recato li e al posto della stanza mi è stato dato un piccolo appartamento dove l'aria condizionata non funzionava e non sono stati in grado di aggiustarla.

Totale disorganizzazione e massima scorrettezza

Al mio arrivo la struttura era "chiusa", ho provato a contattarla per 3 volte al numero fornito ma senza successo. Dopo aver girato per 15 minuti, sotto la pioggia, in un "villaggio fantasma" senza chiare indicazioni su una porta abbiamo trovato un avviso che ci informava che le prenotazioni erano state spostate in un albergo a 24 km di distanza...
Totale disorganizzazione e scorrettezza, avendo un evento in zona è assurdo doversi spostare di 24 km.
Sarebbe stato gradito e corretto avvisare per tempo in modo da poter decidere se accettare la nuova location oppure avere il rimborso del soggiorno già pagato.

Struttura molto accogliente, ottima posizione a pochissimi passi dal mare, stanze sempre pulite, personale gentile con attenzione al cliente, piscina anch’essa molto bella e pulita, animatori simpatici e divertenti

Cons:

Noi abbiamo scelto di fare pensione completa, il cibo era buono ma porzioni scarse in più, capisco che le bevande sono a pagamento, ma l’acqua dovrebbe essere compresa, queste per me sono le uniche note negative dalla struttura.
