Wonderful receptionist but rude restaurant waiters
Pros:

The artwork was so beautiful, the bathtub was big even though I prefer showers

Cons:

The receptionist was very nice however cant say the same about the white waiter’s from the restaurant very terrible service especially the young lady, very rude and condescending with hostile treatment, they need Jesus to save them Yoh nevertheless it was worth the money spent

Other than the squicky sounds of the floor, Our stay was superb 👌
Pros:

The Breakfast was amazing! And Beyond our expectations, considering the we paid for the accommodation we really didn't expect so much Breakfast...

The hotel is in perfect location, at the centre of the town, even the shopping mall is not that far from it

Cons:

The laminate floor has a squicky sound, I would wake up every time when there's a person walking in the corridor or nearby rooms.

The hotel is in the town centre, convenient to all other amenities

Cons:

Not really "didn't like" but there's room for improvement. I would like to see a bit more on satellite channels. There's only a few of them. A small fridge in the rooms will come in handy in a hot weather to keep the drinking water cold.

Pros:

The breakfast and the Cleaning lady (Mme Puleng) are the reasons I’ll come back.

Cons:

The parking is not good we even scratched our car but one worker helped us.
