Ontzettend schoon en aardig personeel, een gedeelte is gerenoveerd maar de rest (vooral de kamers) zijn daar ook aan toe

Good location, good hotel staff, nice dinner.
Pros:

Good location, friendly and very helpful staff. Room was adequate, and clean. We were supplied with a fridge on request - which was a great help.

Cons:

It was cold and there was no wood to light the numerous wood burning fire places - which was a great pity as it would have really enhanced the atmosphere.
The breakfast service was not good at all.

Pros:

Lovely setting, convenient location. Staff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Bed was small and hard. Husband prefers a hard bed apparently.
We stayed in the garden cottages before which are lovely. Unfortunatly the main hotel building is very noisy.
