Great experience at the Swartberg Hotel
Pros:

The room was excellent in all aspects.Real luxury with a super comfortable bed and great view.
We enjoyed a lovely breakfast the next morning.
All staff were very friendly and always ready to help.
We hope to be back soon.

Great location and pleasant stay.
Pros:

The rooms were great and so was the breakfast. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Location is great as it central and there is safe parking. Very cute cats roaming the gardens which are beautiful.

Cons:

I did not find the hotel very child friendly - there are 2 food items on the menu for kids which really is minimal. We also could not watch the rugby in the bar as the locals complained about kids in the bar - which is interesting as the bar has a kids menu. We had to watch in the conference room which was cold and no atmosphere at all. I would have thought paying guests would get priority over locals but this was not the case. There is no communal area that is actually kid friendly which is not ideal.

Small town getaway
Pros:

Staff went so friendly and helpful. Prince Albert is very quiet due to road closures after severe storms. Staff went out of their way to make our stay happy.

Cons:

The hairdryer could do with an upgrade. Otherwise all good

The room was just much smaller than expected. I thought there would be more space to spend a bit more time in the room. I must have been influenced by other photos which did not reflect the room I booked, without knowing.

Pros:

Goede locatie midden in Prince Albert. Kamer lag in een grote binnentuin, erg rustig dus. Geen temperatuur meer om te zwemmen, wel een groot buitenzwembad. Parkeren geen probleem. We kregen een veel grotere kamer dan die van 16m2, deze was heerlijk ruim. Fijn king size bed. 1 Fauteuil. Ruime badkamer. Lekkere rusks voor bij de thee/koffie.

Cons:

Waarom maar 1 stoel in een kamer waar duidelijk meer mensen in kunnen??? Airco kreeg de kamer niet echt goed verwarmd, gelukkig een extra deken in de kast.
