The property serves daily buffet breakfast. Children below 1.2 metres dine free of charge. Children from 1.2-1.5 metres dine with half price. Children above 1.5 metres dine with full price.

The property provides chargeable drop-off service to Phoenix International Airport twice per day at 11:00 and 17:00. If you need to take the shuttle bus please kindly wait at the on-site Concierge Counter at least 15 minutes before bus departure.

Отдых в Китае или как потрепали нервы.
Pros:

Вид классный. Расположение удобное. На первой линии у моря. Рядом есть несколько магазинов. В основном передвигаться лучше на такси. Завтраки каждый день одни и те же. Номера комфортные. Но немного подуставшие. Новый год увы они не отмечают только пару елок установили. Для встречи Нового года не рекомендую этот отель.

Cons:

Не понравилось как Администрация отеля за несколько дней до прилета начали писать о том что оплата через Booking не поступает к ним и чтобы Я отменил свою бронь и перебронировал. И чтобы Я сделал оплату у стойки регистрации после приезда в страну. Но у этого отеля нет выбора вида оплаты и только можно онлайн оплатить до приезда и если я не оплачу Booking наложит штраф. Много раз пытался объяснить это отелю но они не хотели слушать. Звонил службе поддержки Booking (конечно сложно до них дозвониться в Англию но я смог) которые попытались с ними связаться но отель ни на один звонок и письмо не ответил. Служба поддержки Booking как будто просто для галочки. Весь полет на самолете из одного города в другой переживал что не сможем заехать и нервы сдавали. После приезда в отель у стойки регистрации Администратор попросил оставить депозит в полную сумму срока нахождения в отеле даже с комиссией Booking. Хотя Я уже произвел оплату онлайн и они его не видели. Дозвонился до службы поддержки которые ранее попросили позвонить если не будут заселять и что переселять нас с семьей в другой отель. И они снова попытались им позвонить но отель не ответил потому что было 2 часа ночи. И в итоге мне ничем не помогли. После часа переговора с администратором договорился что оставлю депозит за одну ночь и заселюсь потому что рейс задержали и дети хотели спать и уже устал разбираться с этим. На утро администрация уже вернула депозит и сказали будут разбираться и дальше в это не вникал но осадок остался. Видно что отель и Booking на разной волне и нет взаимосвязи нормальной для решения конфликтов. Новый год увы они не отмечают только пару елок установили. Для встречи Нового года не рекомендую этот отель.

Все отлично завтраки очень хорошие главное не проспать они до 12 всего
Pros:

Очень хорошее расположение , удобно что рядом рынок , там рядом с магазином у Жени внизу тур фирма местная и рядом фрукты , брали байки по 60 юаней за сутки !

Cons:

Рядом стройка строить начинают с утра !

Pros:

De ruimte, we hadden een familiekamer en die was ruim 100m2. Groot genoeg dus

Cons:

Vind hotel erg gedateerd. Mag wel een keer gerenoveerd worden. Foto's van booking komen helaas niet helemaal over zoals werkelijkheid.
Ook tijdens ontbijt was het restaurant veel te warm, kan niet eens normaal genieten van het ontbijt.

Pros:

Location, staff, service, territory, pool, cleanliness in the room and in public areas - everything was magnificent. It's easy to get to the center by taxi or Didi. I would be happy to come back again.

Cons:

We had a room with a kitchen, but there were no dishes except for tea cups. I would have liked to have plates and cutlery in the cupboard.

Cons:

Got sick. Manager said I must have eaten something bad outside hotel. Only thing that day I ate was supplied breakfast before sick,. Had food out in room . May have been sprayed in error by cleaning staff. Had to get friend to talk to staff. As they ignore me. Fancy evening restaurant, everything was oily or small portion. Even got room wrong for what I was supposed to get
