Cons:

O quarto é bem pequeno e o colchão poderia ser melhor. Vi pessoas reclamando que não tinha secador de cabelo, mas pedi na recepção e eles me forneceram.

Agradável.
Pros:

Decoração, arejado, tem estacionamento, plantas….. localização, atendimento.

Cons:

Como estava num evento em Itu, e não sabia do pedagio, deveriam avisar os clientes quando da reserva que há pedágios nesses trechos, Sorocaba-Itu. Paguei varias vezes. E quarto apertado para cama de casal , pode ter mais tomadas, e um espelho a mais fora do banheiro, solução simples que valoriza o hospedagem.
