The Siren Hotel, an Ash Hotel

Location is great, lobby is attractive. Did not receive the room we booked (The Chamber) but were given The Studio (smaller bed and room), our incorrect room did not have a downtown view like advertised but was entirely blocked with a/c units, cafe was out of most food items, bar was too busy if you didn't know to reserve in advance, one of two elevators was turned off while everyone was trying to check-out in the morning making everyone wait forever, and water was turned off from 10a-6p for maintenance. All this and I can't get in touch with a manager they're just ignoring how terrible our stay was.

We stayed at The Siren for the weekend and had a great time. It's located within walking distance of sports/concert venues with several bars and restaurants close by (also within walking distance). The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the room was a good size for 2 of us. It is a little dark in the public areas but that goes with the vibe of the hotel. It is a bit pricy but was worth it for us because of the location.

Highly recommend this hotel. It has a Great vibe, friendly staff and is in a perfect location for enjoying downtown or attending games.

This is a great hotel, conveniently located to everything in downtown Detroit. The rooms are cozy but comfortable with a great vibe. The staff was wonderful and very welcoming!

This place is amazing. It' gorgeous, comfortable, and has wonderful on-site entertainment. You can easily walk to the Tigers, Lions, opera house, and dozens of other Detroit gems. The staff is outstanding! Can't wait to stay here again!

Stayed here for a quick one night visit. Our particular room was a little tight and dysfunctional in the bathroom. Not much useful space for towels, toiletries etc…room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. We were by the elevator and it was a bit loud. That was more on the guests than the hotel. Lobby is combo urban/boho vibe I gu ess.

Nice boutique hotel experience, clean, comfortable and close to all major amenities, staff was great, cocktails at the Candy Bar and ambience were great

This place is top notch. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating staff. Great ambiance and vibe with a the decor everywhere. Everything super clean and well run. Fantastic location downtown and the view from our room of the city was really exceptional. I have no complaints.

They gave us a room with no heat in the middle of winter, and tried to give us a room with little bunk beds for date night. The Manager said he would refund. Then he said he would give half the cost of the room. Then he just disappeared and stopped responding. Cool bar downstairs though.

You spend luxury price receive nothing for your price not even a comfy mattress or pillows, not a single meal offered but again $400 room absolutely worthless hotel

If you want a creepy vibe for Halloween or a gangster style experience, this is the hotel. There is no water sprinkler because the building is old.

Candy Bar is the hidden gem of the place. Don’t get fooled by the name and the pink colors, it’s actually an excellent bar

We booked The Siren Hotel on Expedia, we got a really good deal and the hotel surpassed our expectations. The location is perfect and the decor and hotel ambience is great. All staff were so friendly and super helpful.

Loved the atmosphere and the view from the 12th floor room we had. Would be great if they had an actual restaurant but the coffee bar and actual bar were good

not your standard hotel, lobby looks great, unfortunately mostly too loud to hang out there.
Room has a good size, a desk and water cooker would be great.

Ambiance, decor, and staff were wonderful. Location was also a plus. The cafe was excellent as well.
