Aloft South Bend

The staff was very accommodating and nice. The lobby was cute and cozy. We enjoyed the breakfast and playing pool in the lobby. The bedroom and bathroom were updated and pleasant.

We came into town to see a show at the Morris performing arts center. While a little pricier than other options the convenience of parking at the hotel and walking to dinner and the show (both less than 5 minutes away) was well worth it. The hotel lobby was a hangout spot for football viewing at the bar or playing a game of pool. Our rooms were very comfortable with completely water, firm beds, and a separate sink from the toilet/bath area. I was disappointed that the website advertised king rooms with tubs when in fact they are all shower only. However the staff was able to switch us to queen rooms. Unfortunately, our queen room with a tub had a faulty drain, so a bath was impossible. I would have mentioned this to hotel, but we only stayed one night. Despite this, we would definitely stay again.

Very clean and up to date hotel. Bar and dinner was a great experience with very good food and fun, tastey drinks. The whole place gave great vibes!

Nice hotel, comfortable beds. TV has streaming capabilities. Parking is included if you use their facilities. Restaurants near by

We rented their ballroom to celebrate my friend’s daughter’s Sweet 16. Everything was perfect - from the planning to the day of. We also stayed the night in two of their suites. My only beef was that their indoor pool was not heated. And it was freezing outside. I am not sure when they would not heat an indoor pool during this season. Why even bother having an indoor pool if guests cannot use it?

Very clean and always a great place to stay in South Bend. Rooms are spacious and views are great! Highly recommend for business or pleasure.

Location is perfect with so much around ( food, coffee, shops, outdoor activities)that you can walk to. Hotel has a very friendly vibe and very accommodating.

People very friendly, love that room is cleaned every day (so rare today!). Only issue was that even with the thermostat set at 76 it still felt chilled in the room. Not cold, but never warm / cozy. It was obviously very cold outside but it just felt like heat wasn’t keeping up.

This unique property is, most significantly, managed by a great staff. They always make me feel welcome and do a quality job maintaining the property. This is my go – two place to stay when I am in the South Bend, Indiana area

We stayed for only 1 night, the day before Thanksgiving. I think our room was upgraded. The room was a corner room that was very large and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Beautiful hotel, convenient parking, food choices at the bar in the hotel were great, if the weather had been better, I may have walked to one of the many nearby restaurants to eat, but the meal I had was just fine. Bartender was a little slow, kind of ignoring people while she talked with what was apparently a friend of hers at the other end of the bar. Great breakfast,
