Know what to expect for the price and you'll be happy with this stay.
Pros:

I asked for an extra pillow and got it! That never happens at other hotels. Thank you so much for that. The bed was comfy and the room served all my purposes. The shampoo and conditioner smelled good; I forgot my products and was grateful to have them.

Cons:

The water was hard but I think that's just Houston!

Not so great
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and understanding.

Cons:

I had a room that my two little ones and I had to stay in where the air wasn’t working and refrigerator went out. We end up getting sick. Instead of them giving us another day free I end up having to pay for another room. I didn’t get a refund for the first room and I felt like the price was too high for it not to be a Marriott or even a motel six. I still have not received my refund back 200 deposit back either that I had to pay on arrival and for booking another room.

Nice hotel room, location and staff/owners!
Pros:

Both female receptionist were helpful. Bed was comfortable, microwave worked, fridge was cold. How Water and shower were good.

Bad just run down property not taken care of correctly

Pictures that was on there page was not updated. Everything was old
Door has cracks in it . Curtains had holes in it moths had ate it. Birds out side or in wall was making noise all night but quiet in the morning. Did not sleep at all.

Clean, decent rooms that would benefit from a renovation.
Pros:

Good-sized room that was presented in a clean condition. Responsive receptionist. Bus stops on both sides of the road within a couple of minutes' walk.

Cons:

Rooms are starting to look a little tired and are ready for renovation.

Pros:

The room smelled amazing. The cleaning girl was so sweet.

Cons:

The toilet flooded the bathroom when it was flushed. The outside trash cans never got emptied the whole time I was there. There was a loud disturbance from a guest that spilled outside.
