Pros:

Bon hôtel situé à 5 km du débarcadère. Taxi 150 pesos mexicain. Hôtel propre, belle piscine. Service All Inclusive de qualité satisfaisante. Personnels très agréables.
Parties communes très propres et bien entretenues. Très jolie vue pour les repas en extérieur.

Cons:

Matériaux dans la chambre contrastent un peu avec la qualité des parties communes.
Odeur d'humidité assez forte dans la chambre.

Staff were brilliant and couldn’t do enough
Pros:

It was nice to escape the madness of Playa Norte and more touristy areas and have some chill days by the pool. The pool is massive

There is a pervasive smell, which I think emanates from the marina swamps opposite. It’s like a stagnant water smell

Pros:

Isla Mujeres is amazing! Large rooms, but fridges are not included unless you ask. We asked, still didn't get one. Restaurant staff was pretty good. Taxis always available. Very quiet part of the island, and quiet hotel. Price is good.

Cons:

This beach is not swimmable, it's muddy and smelly. Bar staff ranged from okay to downright rude who ignore you for as long as they can. Room cleaning never stocked the full set of towels, over days.

Wonderful stay and would happily return.
Pros:

The hotel is amazing. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel facilities are great, and the staff was truly lovely — friendly, polite, and attentive.

Cons:

The only downside is the location, as the hotel is not in the center, but this did not bother us much during our stay.
