Pros:

Veldig koselig og rolig sted, personellet var veldig hyggelige og serviceinnstilte. Rommet var stort og fint, med utsikt over bassenget og stranda.

Cons:

De har en policy på å automatisk legge til 15% tips på alt du kjøper på stedet. Stranden var liten og veldig fin, men ikke så god å bade på da det var masse sjøgress og tang, som gjorde at mange ikke turte å vasse utover. Maten var ok, noe var veldig bra, mens andre retter kunne vært bedre.

We’ll be back! Clean comfy rooms. Pool is fantastic.

We love the location. Huge bonus you can go from the pool to the ocean.

שהיה נחמדה באזור השקט של האי, מעט יקר ביחס לתמורה
Pros:

חדר מרווח, מיטה נוחה, בריכה חיצונית נעימה וכיפית. שירות נעים.

Cons:

מיקום מרוחק ממרכז האי והחוף של המלון לא מוצלח. המסעדה של המלון מאוד יקרה. באופן כללי יקר ביחס לרמה של המלון - הרגיש יותר כמו מלון 3 כוכבים. הניקיון והתחזוק ברמה לא מאוד גבוהה, חדר כושר קטן מאוד, יש הליכון אחד שלא עובד ועוד כמה מכשירים בודדים. יש במקלחת קצת ריח של ביוב.

Our group will not be returning to this hotel any time soon.
Pros:

Good restaurant, friendly restaurant staff.

Cons:

No wifi, no tv, no fridge, damp sheets , not the greatest for sleeping. Found a 2 inch cockroach in our room. I squashed the cockroach, wrapped it in a paper towel, and presented it to the Front desk staff who were very indifferent and unapologetic to the situation.

Bon hôtel situé à 5 km du débarcadère. Taxi 150 pesos mexicain. Hôtel propre, belle piscine. Service All Inclusive de qualité satisfaisante. Personnels très agréables.
Parties communes très propres et bien entretenues. Très jolie vue pour les repas en extérieur.

Cons:

Matériaux dans la chambre contrastent un peu avec la qualité des parties communes.
Odeur d'humidité assez forte dans la chambre.

Staff were brilliant and couldn’t do enough

It was nice to escape the madness of Playa Norte and more touristy areas and have some chill days by the pool. The pool is massive
