Ottima esperienza al passo del tonale
Pros:

Struttura dotata di spa con accesso incluso nel prezzo, che al momento della presentazione non era chiaro come servizio. Una bella sorpresa. Pietanze ai pasti molto buoni. Personale accogliente e disponibile a venire incontro alle esigenze di chi vuole fare una ultima sciata a fine soggiorno

Hotel můžeme vřele doporučit a určitě se do něj vrátíme.
Pros:

Blízko sjezdovek a zároveň v centru města. Úžasný výběr jak na snídani, tak na večeři. Personál ochotný a příjemný. Snažili se vyhovět požadavkům. Pokoj čistý, ikdyž vybavení bylo starší a každý den úklid. Lyžárna perfektní - sušáky na přeskáče a moderní držáky na lyže. Zázemí hotelu velice pěkné, útulné a také bezpečné (únikové dveře).

Cons:

Mohla by být kvalitnější matrace v posteli.
Úklid pokojů by mohl být později (od cca 9 h) a ne při příchodu ze snídaně a odchodu na sjezdovku. Hosté pak čekali na chodbě, než úklid dokončili. Po našem požadavku o pozdější úklid nám bylo vyhověno.

Rispetto alla cifra pagata mi aspettavo qualcosa in più, non mi ha stupito.
Pros:

Hotel è situato in una buona posizione centrale al paese.

Cons:

Il cibo della cena non era gustoso e ho trovato dei pezzi di gusci d'uovo nei canederli. Ho trovato dei capelli non miei nel bagno della camera.
