The hotel was in a good location on the island. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms needed work. Bathroo
Pros:

Property was a fair location close to the best swing side of the island

Cons:

The property was very tired and needed a lot of work done to keep maintenance up just a normal Bali stuff I suppose but it needed a better clean and some of the facilities are very old.

Le cadre la piscine et petit personnel très gentil

Cons:

hotel passable sur une ile tel que gili air. cadre joli et fleuri. Par contre chambre trop petite pour deux adultes et un enfant. demande de lit appoint sur le site dans lequel il est indique gratuit pour enfant de moins de 10ans. Sur place la grosse arnaque. 10 euros la nuit soit 50 euros pourquelque chose qui n est pas un lit d appoint. les draps sales essuis sales et dechires. rien a boire ni a manger meme pas une bouteille d eau. petit dejeuner compris mais degueulasse petit personnel fait de son mieux mais le petit tyran a casquette est une merde integrale, irrespecteux, impoli, voleur, il n a pas sa place la. normal que l’hotel ne soit pas plein vu l’energumene. Disappointing
Pros:

Rooms were very nice, as pictured on website

Cons:

We were the only guests, so experienced only minimal caretaker staff that did the best they could. The cleaner was also the cook... We had to use Google translate to communicate with staff as there was not any reception staff around. We didnt use the pool as it was cloudy and may have only been turned on before we arrived.
We had to ask to have the lights to be turned on at night so we could see our way across the pond entrance.
Breakfast was a joke. I understand being only guest that you shouldnt expect the buffet, but a placemat, knives and forks on the table amd maybe some salt and pepper would be nice. The place promotes a restaurant, but there is no restaurant...

We went during June, which we understood to be a busier time in Bali. Maybe Gili busy times are different. I would expect the same standard of service between busy and quiet times though. I guess, if they take our money, they should provide the service.

Very nice hotel with nice staff and nice rooms.
Pros:

We stayed for 5 Nights at this lovely Hotel. It is a very nice and cute accommodation, the pool is well maintained. The bungalow was big and clean. The breakfast was not very outstanding but fine. The hotel is located just a few minutes from the beach in a quiet street. The staff was also very friendly. It was a very pleasant stay.

Peor alojamiento tras 30 días en Indonesia
Cons:

De las 4 noches que estuve allí, 3 las pasé sin dormir absolutamente nada.

La cama tenia chinches y heces de roedor. Acabe con el cuerpo lleno de picaduras, reclame la tercera noche, a la mañana siguiente solicité hablar con la persona encargada de recepción (ya que durante toda la estancia no hubo nadie). Tardó 2 horas en venir (teniendo en cuenta que cruzas la isla en tan solo 20 minutos andando).

Me dijo que no tenían chinches y se negaba a cambiarme la habitación, habiendo otras libres. Me hizo ir a L habitación y quitar las sábanas delante de él. Definitivamente el peor servicio de atención al cliente que he recibido en la vida.

Tras insistir me cambió de habitación, despertándome con una araña enorme al pie de la cama. En resumen, no se lo recomendaría ni a mi peor enemigo

Pros:

Nos gustó la habitación y la ubicación. Super amplia y muy bonita.

Estás 2 minutos andando de la turttle beach y de la zona restauración.

Por otro lado, me encantó la bienvenida al hotel, te explican con detalle la isla, te da un 10% de descuento para un restaurante que es del mismo grupo del hotel y es precioso y riquísimo, y por último de tan un zumo de naranja que nunca he probado nada tan bueno.

Cons:

Le faltaba un poco de limpieza y el grifo de nuestra habitación estaba tan lleno de cal que apenas salía agua. En general hemos notado falta de mantenimiento en el baño, supongo que porque es exterior
